MUSELY has been a great experience! I’ve suffered from Melasma (brown spots or clusters) on my forehead. I saw a few ads and tried it. I went through an online board certified dermatologist and she prescribed a regimen. It took about six weeks to kick in and has cleared up 95% of it. It changes every two months because of the strength of the medications. The box of spot cream, cleanser and day cream with 40% spf lasts two months. I’ve reached out to the dermatologist a few times who has been helpful. I would highly recommend MUSELY for the spot cream or ailment your skin is experiencing.

I used the dark spot cream for a year to treat my melasma. It faded 80% off my discoloration, I was happy. A couple month after I was done with my yearly treatment, the dark spots came back. This is so disappointing, i spent a lot of money on this.

I had been using this product for over a year and then received a bottle where the dispenser would not work- therefore I could not use the product. I tried calling the phone number to and left a message a few times and no one calls you back. Then emailed customer service multiple times - they email back and close the ticket with no resolution to the problem. I paid $72 for a product that I am unable to use. Such a bad customer service experience. Not worth it!
I know you try and show that you are responsive. You have to leave a message when you call and then they email you with a ticket and then close the ticket saying it was resolved without even doing anything. So you are never actually talking to a person. Why did I not get a call back?

I love their retinol products. I love that they have different options for how strong prescriptions. I use the eye serum anti aging and neck cream regularly . I also use the gentle cleanser. I have tried some other products but I can’t afford to everything. I use the sunscreen mostly in the summer. All the products I’ve tried are very good. .

I tried The Aging Repair Cream. My problem with the product was its odor- I'm surprised no other review mentioned it. Both bottles' contents had an extremely unpleasant, dank stink. I forced myself to use up the first order (I hate to waste money), but ended up discarding my second bottle and discontinuing treatment, it was so gross (to me).
