Not official site

I purchased 3 tickets for the Reina Sofía Museum through this website and paid €108 in total.

Only after completing the purchase did I realise that this was not the museum’s official website but an independent reseller. The domain name and overall presentation led me to believe I was booking through an official or authorised sales channel.

I later discovered that equivalent tickets were available through the official museum channels at a significantly lower price.

I contacted customer service shortly after the purchase, more than a week before the visit date, and requested a refund. My request was denied. The company repeatedly referred me to its cancellation policy and did not address my concerns regarding the transparency of the website’s presentation.

The tickets were delivered as promised, so my issue is not non-delivery. My concern is that the website’s branding and domain name may cause consumers to believe they are purchasing directly from the museum when they are actually buying from a third-party reseller at a much higher price.

I encourage future visitors to compare prices with the official museum website before making a purchase.
