Unclear pricing and unauthorized charges
They seem to intentionally want users to be unaware they're being signed up for a subscription and there is no warning about an upcoming charge to give you a chance to cancel before it happens.

We would like to clarify that MusesAcademy does not intentionally hide subscription information from users.
During the registration and purchase process, the checkout page clearly shows that the selected plan is a subscription, including the introductory price, the renewal price, the billing cycle, and the cancellation information. Users are also required to accept the terms before completing the purchase.
After registration, a confirmation email is sent with the account details, subscription information, activation date, the amount charged, the upcoming renewal terms, and a direct support contact option.
In addition, users can view subscription details in their profile, including the billing period, renewal date, subscription price, and the option to cancel the subscription.
For this reason, the statement that users are not warned or that the subscription is intentionally hidden does not reflect how the process is presented. If the information shown during checkout, in the confirmation email, or inside the profile is not reviewed, this can understandably lead to confusion, but it is not the same as saying that the information was not provided.
We also send subscription-related communication after registration. If you contact us directly and provide the email address used during registration, we can check the account history and verify the subscription details, including whether the confirmation email was delivered.
We are sorry if the subscription terms were not clear to you personally, but the available information is displayed before purchase and remains accessible after registration.
