Mush Clothing Reviews 

Totally disreputable vendor with tacky/sleazy behavior and terrible customer service. I should have checked online reviews before purchasing; would never have made the mistake if I had done so. Here's the history:
1. I purchased a leather jacket from their online store on 02/01/26.
2. Emailed them on 02/04 asking about status; no response;
3. Emailed again on 02/10 requesting cancellation and refund, no response.
4. Filed a charge dispute with PayPal on 02/10
5. They list a non-working email address on their PayPal site.
6. They list a non-working phone number on their PayPal site
7. On 02/16 I received a "shipment is on the way" email. They apparently ship from Karachi, Pakistan.
8. Product received 02/18.
9. I again requested Cancellation and instructions for return shipment.
10. I received a lame email requesting that I accept their shipment.
11. I emailed back, demaning a refund.
12. They responded, asking that I pay for shipment of the (unopened) package to a residence address in Illinois.
13. Package dropped off at a UPS shipment center on 02/19.
14. Email sent, requesting prompt refund of payment in full. Since they took my money two weeks before shipment, I was not inclined to float them funds for any longer period.

This is a totally scummy, disreputable vendor. I woudl never use them again, personally. They do a disservice to PayPal and other online stores wher they are allowed to do business.

Bought a dress from Mushclothing which was damaged and now they are not responding after taking the money .Very bad quality fabric . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE ,THEY ARE BIG CHEATERS .

The jacket was very very smelly and ran very small. I requested an exchange for a larger size. It came and this jacket was so smelly that we could not keep it in the house. When I put it on, the zipper fell apart. This product is made cheaply. Upon contacting the company they refused refund saying they already exchanged. Obviously they do not stand by their shotty product. AVOID

They do not understand that customers order before thanksgiving to give as Christmas gifts. They are unwilling to compromise on their rules even at the cost of future business. They truly don’t care about you as a consumer. I will never use this company again.

Delivery was very quick and secure service, also the lady that I spoke to on the phone was really helpful

Bought a pair of Jeffery West Boots. Excellent Service from start to finish. Delivered on time. Perfect

I ordered shoes and paid and follong day it was refunded. So I ordered the shoes again two days later and the following day again a refund. So I then had to ring and the number is incorrect and goes to a shop where I was hung up on by staff three times! Then I spoke to CS who said they had no stock
You could still order the same shoes days later as the site wasn't updated - very disappointing.

Bought a pair of jeffrey west shoes and arrived next day.
What a fantastic service, I would highly recommend.
I certainly will be using them from now on.

I was happy with the price I payed, knowing how expensive Jefferey West shoes can be. Moreover, the time between buying the shoes and having them delivered to my house was incredibly fast. Ultimately, I never usually write reviews, but in this case, Mush definitely deserved like 20 out of 5 stars

I did have to pay postage but I knew that when I bought it.

Great trainers really comfortable & for the sale price what a bargain I would be happy paying the £149 as they are exceptional quality, I am a 6 & they fit perfect my only moan was the box was battered & ripped so if I wanted them for a gift I would of been annoyed but as they are my gift to me it's ok. I will definitely be using Mush clothing again couldn't fault them

Ordered b told in stock, on day of delivery receive an email saying stock discrepancy, refund given but a complete waste of my time ordering, I have far better things to do with my time than this
