They completely vaded me and took my money

I love the product, a little pricey, but great product. Response time was a little slow at first. On that first order, I thought I was getting scammed due to the slow response time. For a while didn't have any issues. However, just before Xmas I placed an order. There was no correspondence. I had to keep sending emails. After after a week or so it was handled. So I thought. Each time I pay the Xtra for 2-3 day shipping which comes to $18.90. The order before Xmas took a total of about 3 weeks to get to me. They also sent it 3-5 day. Their site says 3-5 days. I contacted UPS, Innovations, they informed me that their service is 5-7 day not 3-5 so the website is inaccurate. Also I paid extra for 2-3 day ground, not 5-7 shipping. Then when I reached out about the money they owe me back for shipping, and by no means was it a quick response back from them. When they did respond, Jenna admitted fault and promised me they would reimburse me. They never did.

This leads me to Feb 1, 2025. I paid $141 and some change. The order was recieved as was the money I sent. That was 9 days ago. I attempted to order from mushieswithlove site but it was down for maintenance. Therefore I went to their zoomies with love site same product, same company. However this time. I never got a tracking number or any correspondence. So on Wednesday, I sent an email, asking for clarity. Then on Thursday I started getting upset and sending more emails. Also on Wednesday or Thursday I attempted to go back to the zoomieswithlove site only to find that it's gone, domain is for sale. Thats why Thursday I became justifiably upset. So on Saturday, still checking emails, spam and regular, still nothing. Then I start getting emails sent back to me that they weren't received. So I took the email and the info provided from Google within it and discovered that more than likely they blocked my email.

So basically they stole my money and they Vaded me. It's been 9 days since I ordered them. I should've known better after the last time. Im not the guy who calls cops or authorities. I do it myself. However, I've made a lot of improvements in life, so chose the non violent way. These really help me and my mind state. It sucks this is how I was treated otherwise I would've remained a loyal customer. Their product is really good and very legitimate.

I haven't gotten responses on their WhatsApp in the past couple attempts.

If someone from OnePaw or Zoomies/Mushieswithlove sees this. I can provide an email and phone number. I would prefer to physically speak to someone if possible though. Im really easy to get along with. Even in these situations because I understand we are all ppl and make mistakes, although I feel stolen from at the moment.

What comes next if there is no resolve is something that goes against every ounce of my being. No one is taking ownership or accountability. I work hard for my money.

I have screenshots of my bank transaction as well as the order that they recieved when I placed it. Terrible business ethic, you don't treat your customers that way. Unless your intent all along was to steal from. If that's the case than some calls need to be made from my end.

I really just want them to make this right.

Don't fulfill orders and can't get ahold of them

Ordered with them before, I got my ordered and the product was good. the last order I placed, they sent less than half and their phone number is out of order and they don't respond to email. I think the previous people were right, scammers now.

They are now a scam company

They are now a scam company. Two successful orders over the past 6 months but I ordered in December, and never received the items. Emailed with customer service and the grammar used let me know it is a scammer. “Your concern will be forwarded to the Concern Team.” WTH?

Surprisingly legitimate

Surprisingly legitimate.

Despite the nature of their product and the simplicity of the site (found through a insta ad) my items came as described and very quickly. Items work as well as described, my trip was a pleasant one. Will definitely be a returning customer.
