They canceled my order and were supposed to issue me a refund. They tried charged my card 54.99 last night and still no refund. These scammers need to be stopped.

I bought 3 of these. One was faulty emailed 2 months ago didn't hear anything. Got an email on Saturday asking for a video of faulty. I threw the Rtoy away after 1 month assuming i wouldnt hear anything. They have actually replied daily since then. I would not recommend this company to anyone

For sure a scam. Do not by anything from there. Got charged $60 on a $15 payment, then never got any money back nor a product. I don't understand how this site is still up and they continue to do this?!

Purchase something on 11/29/24. Today I received a charge for 39.99 for some bull—it subscription.

I placed an order with them on November 16th I still haven't received anything. The company keeps giving me the run around and even gave me a fake tracking number. To make matters worse they charged my card 3 times.

They charge you for a club you did not buy. They are thieves. Do not buy from them.

Id like my money back - charge on credit card with no order!!
So I bought two items and was offered a third at a super cheap rate and I took the deal - then they charged me double postage, I contacted them and they quickly replied and gave me some refund. I have recieved the toys. Now they have taken money off my card for no purchase - tried contacting 5 times - no reply - these are con artists! dont buy from them

0 stars. I am currently waiting on my order (dancing cactus), but my first warning was when I got charged for express shipping after choosing standard shipping. After contacting the company through their own website I am still waiting on a response (2 weeks later). Now I have another charge on my credit card, but no explanation or invoice, through a company called "Friendly Fluffs". I have had to cancel my credit card and have lodged a dispute through my bank for both transactions. After a Google search I see many other people have had the same experience. Please DO NOT purchase anything through this company.

We are expecting our 1st Grandbaby and got suckered in this scam.
Thought we were purchasing a head protection soft item with a cuddle teddy.
Bank was hit double the amount and thrn a separate transaction for protein body building products took a fair amount too....

Tried to order some teddies 🧸 for Xmas for the kids and this useless website wouldn't put my card thru luckily after reading the reviews will bot try and use again and now my cards blocked also

I received my items and was charged forty two dollars for two.I asked for regular standard shipping which was $4.99.The bear was $9.99+tax.Could one explain.No receipt came with the package

SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT BUY. They overcharge in a different currency and then add you to a membership that continues to take out payments month after month.

i am so mad too ordered two plushies otter still didn’t receive them but getting extra charges for unordered items i am super mad and they dont reply back

I ordered two teddy bears and have now been charged twice 42.95 for a subscription service they actually do not offer. They tried charging under two different company names. I need help disputing and getting my money back!

If I could give it a zero, I would. They tried to charge my credit card for triple the value of the items after I had paid for it. I haven't received them and the company has not responded to any inquiries. I will be requesting a refund, but won't hold my breath....a TOTAL SCAM! Brutal!

I ordered one toy, then I suddenly became a VIP member, and I was charged twice approximately 40 euros each for something I never ordered or was aware of, since no communication was sent to me. I sent them an email about a refund but they never replied. The company is a scam, and I am seeking information on how to report it.

There should be a zero Stars. Initially the charge I checked out on was changed and upped and the shipping was doubled and then there was immediately another charge for double that. Started at Lush plushies then went to Mush plushies and now I have another charge for subscription for $43. Their website doesn't have any way of contacting them other than submitting a ticket. They have lots of looping around through faq's back to the same spot of nothing. My initial order has still not shipped even though there was a promise of shipping within 5 days. It shows a tracking number and 3 weeks later that tracking number shows nothing and has gone nowhere. I bought one plushie and one singing cactus for $19 and so far I'm out over 75. Canceling credit card and hopefully that's going to be enough to stop this while I still try to pursue refunding

Took the money , sent the item, but then started just helping themselves to further withdrawals from my credit card. Had to stop the card and they are ignoring all correspondence. Very frustrating . Don't think I will be buying anything else online so at least with these awful scammers it puts us back using our local retailers who we know we can return to and never steal money from the credit card we used!!

Wish I read the reviews first. Was going to order off the FB ad I saw, but I didn't go through with the order because it was trying to charge my card more than what it said the total was. I don't like money sitting in my account, I move money over as I order things so I left it alone. Of course, I ended up leaving money in my account and a couple of days later they charged my card for $20. Never received the item, on top of that I now have a charge for $42 for some membership decline defense from the site that I didn't sign up. Once again, because I mistakenly left money in my account. I will be contacting my bank for fraud to be refunded for both.
