FRAUD and SCAM

To check out you must subscribe to their VIP subscription.
I finished my transaction and immediately emailed.
They said they cancelled my subscription.

Low and behold feb 15 and march 17 i see charges for plushieface.com which is a related company.
Now I have to cancel my credit card and change it everywhere I use it because they are not replying to emails or answering the phones.

Scam, they abuse debit card data, start charging random fees. After blocking mushieplushie account I got charged from fashionco account for the same amount (39,9 eur).

I had an awful experience with this website. While making the payment, I discovered through a Google search that they had a reputation for being scammers. Concerned, I immediately canceled the transaction, but they retrieved it without my authorisation through a company using AI.

Their customer service assured me I would receive the parcel, which I eventually did, but the product arrived broken. Multiple times, I contacted their customer service to resolve the issue, but they never responded.

Thankfully, I had paid with my credit card to initiate a chargeback and recover my money.

I cannot recommend this company to anyone. The lack of transparency, unauthorised payment retrieval, poor product quality, and non-existent customer support are unacceptable. Avoid at all costs!

Same as everyone else, my wife bought a dancing cactus on mushplushies.eu and ended up getting charged for a 'subscription' on dalesshop.co. We then noticed another dodgy payment to manstyle-emporium.com which is likely related to this scam. About $200 down by the time we realised

Scammers by ordering their low quality product what is not even close to what is advertised.. i lost 60euro by ordering that rubbish for 20euro.. they have hidden subscription 40euro for nothing just on clinking on order button.. just be careful and stay away.

I bought a Breathing Kitty few weeks ago, firstable, the plushie doesnt look like the photo, after that, i try to put some batteries to try it, guess what, it didnt work

If there were 0 stars I would mark them. I ordered an otter for my daughter. It took them a long time to deliver the item and it is very cheap, does not look at all as described in the webshop and the best: it does not function! There is no description nor an instruction. I wrote to the support immediately and never got an answer. But what I got was another debit of 40 Euro from my account without me ordering anything. So I paid 20 Euro for the item, that does not function and they withdraw 40 Euro from my account illegally. Of course I contacted the support again, no answer (on the homepage they write that they will get back to you within 48 hours...I am waiting now for more than a week, knowing they will never answer me). So I would also highly recommend: do NEVER purchase anything from this so-called "company"!!

Total scam.
- they show low shipping cost but charge high.

- they are promoting products at checkout with high discount, if you add them they are added with original price and as a separate shipment.

They don't have cancellation, refund and return.

Basically a scam operation. I am not sure if products will ever arrive.

Avoid at all costs.
