Music Diffusion is the best music distributor you can find. I moved there since more than one year, and I'm very happy with the service provided. I have released many projects with them, and any issue i had was handle by the support in a good way.
Some bad opinions here seems to not be real users of the service and fraudulent, why? They just forget to mention that MusicDiffusion is a free platform! lol. Creating an account is free, and I was able to discover the platform or create my releases without any charge. I only had to pay to go live on stores when I was ready... Only 3 euros by tracks to go live on all platform including youtube content id, shazam, UPC and ISRC Codes, label creation and everything you need. Or the platinum plan for 15 euros to get unlimited releases (artists and music, not like the other distributors which are limited to one artist). I can read here that their dashboard may be confusing, but this reason doesn't make this website a scam... be serious, and again, you can try it out before paying anything.
This platform is designed for music professionals, and yes, music is not a game. When it comes to music distribution, I think more complexe is it, better it is as you need many options.
As a music creator, you want to get the right music infos/credits, the rights metadatas, the right files in the right extension, the right territories, the right format (singles, albums, best-ofs, compilations) and much more... A distribution dashboard then isn’t meant to be sexy, easy or design, but fonctionnal, what Music DIffusion is.
If Music Diffusion is too much complex for you, then you probably just need a soundcloud account to upload your music online.

Jajajajaja that is just hilarious guys! They have on home page images of big names using their platform to sell music online. Names like snoop Dogg. Jaaaaaajajajajaja like if snoop dogg would need this service keeping just 90% of his royalties, right? Jajajajaja this is the most hilarious scam in the music distribution service, really, made me laugh till crying 😂😂😂😂.

By the way, I tried the service out and didn't like at all how confusing and complicated is. When I reached them out for help they didn't get back to me at all. So I just wasted money. Use other services, this one is just money wasted guys. Cheers!

Total garbage. Scam!

They buy good reviewes or they write their own good ones. I can ensure you this is the worst service on earth for music diffusion.

My story is this:
I created one account and activated the unlimited diffusion package. Then I tried to upload one album but the dashboard is SO CONFUSING that I gave up in the end, and decided to quit using this service.

I tried so hard to understand how to close my account and subscription from site , impossible to do!

So I contacted them telling "please can you deactivate my account and subscription?"
They replied "why?? You paid for that"
(what on earth of answer is this? You are a company, not a grocery store)
So I replied back "dashboard is too complicated, I will not use your service. Please close my account and subscription".

They never replied back to me. And guess what??? After one year they charged me again for renewal!!!

So I got mad and told them to refund me and they said refunds are not possible, and that if I wanted to close my subscription I could do in "my account" menu. Not true, there is no way to do that , liers! so I told them I would destroyed them with a bad review and they told me "hey we are working here, show us some respect, if you want nice things from us be gentle" (what is that? What type of answer is this again? Are you serious?)

So I asked them gently to let me know how to close my account, I said "guide me step by step on how to delete my subscription and account, and don't tell me again 'go into my account menu' "

And guess what??? They never replied 😂😂😂

Thanks to paypal I opened a dispute for scam attempt and I won the cause and they refund me.

But seriously guys, don't listen to good reviews they buy. This company is really the garbage you want to avoid. Zero user experience, zero customer service, 100% drooling to steal your money. Absolutely trash company with zero professionalism! Stay away from them
