Need Imporvement

I contacted them for a refund and instead ended up staying with the software. Katherine was really helpful in assisting me with what I needed. The best service so far I have experienced with any platform.

I accidently charged my bank card twice for an active Musicful subscription, so I emailed them to ask if they could apply the double payment for two months of service.

I was promptly answered by Dora at Musicful who was happy to help and applied the solution to my account right away, making the experience smooth and pleasant. She was also very friendly!

Service with Musicful overall has been great! It works well and produces great quality AI generative prompt based music.

Musicful not providing videos free of watermarks. Please do some research before buying subscription.
From April their music videos have watermarks showing AI and Veo. Musicful is not able to find solutions so far.
On Wednesday April 8th response from Musicful looks AI generated as I have already communicated with them through emails back and forth few times. They have not provided me any time line to fix the issue and also they have accepted there is an issue that they don’t have solution of that this time.

Musicful this is a wonderful service for creating music and videos, and much more. Technical support is polite, fast, and clear. I especially want to thank Dora, who helped me out. Thank you very much.

Musicful.ai is an easy-to-use AI music tool that quickly creates decent tracks from simple prompts. It’s great for background music and ideas, though some outputs can feel repetitive and creatively limited. Credits also run out faster than expected.
