Just like most other people I have tried to cancel this service three times they tell me it's canceled but then it shows up on my bank account which causes my bank to send me an alert that suspicious activity so I have a choice of either paying them or I have to go through the whole process of canceling my debit card and then having to get a new debit card and that's just crazy you need to cancel people's accounts you need to quit being a scam
I canceled and still charged me multiple times with not notification of charges.

Cancelled immediately after I found out they charge for every single thing. Still charged me and disputed it with my bank. Luckilyy bank disputed it. MusicGen sent me an email after the dispute giving me the option to leave a review and so I tried to and it wouldn’t let me lol. Terrible company. Don’t fall for it.

Luckily my bank have said that they are going to refund it and they have blocked any future payments that they try to take avoid. I'm very surprised tiktok even allows this platform on their site

This is nothing but a scam.
My bank contacted me to advise me of this. Yes I did ask for a free trial, then emailed to cancel it. Now, 2 months later they try and charge my card $43.
I have asked my bank to report it as fraud to the Australian Federal Police.
My bank has put them on the banned list so that I will not be scammed by these people, EVER.

What in the world is going on here at MusicGen SP??? I canceled this app within a few minutes of downloading, and they continue to charge me. $6, $29.98, $29.98 again. Via email they say they have FINALLY canceled the subscription, but can't really verify those charges were ever made. I can, and sent them THEIR transaction codes that came with the three charges. Avoid these clowns. The app wasn't even good and tried to instantly upcharge me. Ridiculous.

They take your money and do not give you a video. The video is supposed to be for a seven day trial, but they don’t give you the video you created, they give you a bunch of excuses when you write to Customer Service, and they also don’t give you a refund. So it’s a scam.

Charged for a subscription I didn’t authorise. Emailed company but they said
‘We don’t refund’ I hadn’t downloaded their App and the company didn’t show up on my emails or my subscriptions through PayPal and Apple Pay. Luckily my Bank investigated it and they have refunded me which I’m happy about.

Got a reply from these fraudsters about canceling from the email I got. I didn’t get an email. They have now taken another £22 from my bank in a matter of a few days which i see a theft. These people should be in prison and locked up for fraud and theft.
