Horrible experience!
Horrible experience! Poor quality clothes with awful stitching and low quality printing, there was a black line all across the collar and the overall fit was terrible. There are labels on the inside that is supposed to list the materials, country of origin, and washing instructions which is required by law and there none. Their products are illegal. The company refused to allow me to return and would not a refund. They were uncooperative and invasive. Their products are made in Ireland! Do not buy anything from this company.

I reached out for assistance because the shirt states delivered and I dod not get it. I emailed for help and felt dismissed. I paid for a shirt I didn't receive. I should have been helped not dismissed and told to wait 2 or 3 days.

It took several weeks to arrive. When ordering it is difficult to tell where it is shipped from. The picture of the item on FB represents an item that looks very different than the item sent. The graphics on the shirt are OK, but definitely not what I expected to get.

They stole from me!
I have not purchased anything from this site or their sister sites but I am an Etsy shop owner and the Outlander Signpost design is STOLEN from me! It is my original design and is listed in my shop and they must have screen shot it and blatantly used it! I am so angry but these are Chinese companies and I have no recourse. If you are interested, search “Outlander Locations Signpost” on Etsy and you will find the design from the creator and instead of supporting a fake Chinese scammer, you can support small business.
