ery disappointed with my experience with Muskurado. I was charged extra for delivery and not even given a choice of courier, only to end up dealing with DHL’s extremely poor service.
Twice now (last Friday and today), DHL has falsely claimed that a delivery attempt was made when I was “not at home.” This is simply not true—I was working from home both days, attentive to the intercom and doorbell, and even received other packages without any issue. No one from DHL rang, knocked, or made any real delivery attempt.
When I contacted DHL, I was first told it was a system error, and today I was told an attempt was actually made—completely contradictory explanations.
This is unacceptable. It’s frustrating to pay extra for delivery and then have to deal with false notifications and undelivered packages. Muskurado should take responsibility for the couriers they choose and the customer experience that comes with it.
