Great product
Very easy to assemble using the video & instructions

What a lovely company! Gorgeous products - I only have the coloured trouser hangers so far but hanker after all their products. The hangers are excellent- colourful and practical- and far more resilient and attractive than plastic ones.

My order was delivered to another a completely different address than my residential address that I provided for shipping. It is taking the shipping carrier & Mustard Made OVER ONE MONTH now just to "investigate" the incorrect delivery with still no resolution. Terrible customer service.

Unfortunately Mustardmade more closely resembles vinegar. I purchased the skinny locker via Bespokepost, which shipped directly from Mustardmade.

The locker was $369 USD plus the cost of shipping, which was pretty steep. But the pictures looked nice and have had good experiences w/ Bespokepost in the past. What I received, however, was a subpar, cheaply made trash locker.

It was dinged and dented out of the box and severely bent where the door latches. The metal is super thin and flimsy and none of the pieces screw together; they're all pressure fit and/or just float in place. The bottom legs do not affix to the frame. This thing wobbles when opening and isn't flush/square with the floor.

I ordered 2 other Chinese-made copies via Amazon for under $100 each, both matte finished, and significantly higher quality. The pieces affix to each other with metal screws. They're significantly better made and the metal is thicker, making them more solid, durable, sturdy, and premium feeling.

Mustardmade is total trash - buyer beware, there are superior options from no-name manufacturers on Amazon. Do not buy mustardmade.

I purchased The Mixer in olive, or what I thought would be olive. In person, the color is completely different from what’s shown online. Their lighting makes the cabinet appear much closer to a hunter green, but the actual finish is a washed-out gray-green instead. That was disappointing right out of the gate.

There were also dings and dents throughout the piece, with the top being the most noticeable and frustrating.

The build video didn’t help. It leaned heavily into being quirky and fun instead of clear and instructional. Watching someone assemble furniture from 20 feet away doesn’t give you confidence that you’re doing it correctly, especially when tolerances are tight.

The hex screws were particularly bad. The threads are oversized and spaced far apart, making it impossible to start them by hand. You have to apply significant pressure immediately, which is not conducive to lining things up straight—especially in the many tight clearances. That said, I will give credit where it’s due: everything ultimately fit, and nothing was wildly out of alignment.

Another poorly thought-out detail is the decision to store the keys inside one of the cabinet doors. They get jammed inside, and you’ll likely need pliers to fish them out. It’s a small thing, but it reflects a lack of consideration for actual customer use. If even a fraction of the effort put into being quirky and fun had gone into customer experience, this would be a much better product.

Finally, the price is hard to justify. At this cost, the cabinet feels significantly overpriced. There are comparable cabinets on the market at roughly half the price. While the glass panels are a nice touch, they don’t make up for the quality and experience issues. At this price point, shipping absolutely should have been free as well.

Overall, I’m disappointed with the experience. I don’t hate the final product, but I would not purchase from this company again.

I actually bought MustardMade's The Collector locker from an authorised online retailer, but the package seemed to be missing the locker key. I contacted MustardMade directly to see if they can help. I cannot commend the customer service team more - their email communication was clear, friendly and personable. In the end, they actually sent me the spare keys free of charge as a gesture of goodwill, upholding their product/quality promise (even though I was upfront that I didn't purchase directly from MustardMade). If I am buying another locker, I will definitely go direct and I can't recommend the quality of their product more.

I only discovered this company recently, as a result of a short break away. Their furniture and hangers were in the apartment where I stayed. I was so impressed that I immediately ordered some of their hangers when I got home. They are a little pricey, but of such good quality that they are worth it. I am in the process of moving house so not in a position to buy any of the cupboards, but when I move, I fully intend to invest in a cupboard or 2 also.

I wanted to leave this review because I wish I’d read one like it before buying this product.

The cabinet arrived extremely well packed, but multiple glass and metal panels inside the boxes were damaged or bent, including some visibly crushed parts. Some looked fine at a first glance, but were still slightly bent. For a product that looks and feels like it should be solid based on the company’s videos and branding, the materials are surprisingly thin and fragile, which made the damage more consequential than expected.

During my communication with customer support, I received advice such as try and build it anyway and you won't notice the warped pieces, and try using pliers wrapped in a tea towel to reshape the metal so parts might fit. This highly unreasonable for brand-new furniture at this price point.

After replacement parts were sent, I realised that I still had some parts that were bent. I was eventually offered a refund as an alternative to further replacement parts, which I chose, as I had pieces of this cabinet all over my house. I accepted the refund because the thought of having even more parts sent and trying to work out what was what was becoming too confusing, and it was turning into a logistical nightmare.

The company offered to send a courier to collect the damaged unit, but I would need to package it myself safely. At this stage I had dozens of tall metal and glass panels, and I told them that I did not have the materials to do this, as most packaging had already been disposed of. I accepted their suggestion of disposing of this myself for a refund, but this has not proved as easy as I hoped.

The refund itself was done instantly at this point, and was issued on the condition that I manage disposal of the parts myself, after no customer-friendly return solution was meaningfully prioritised.

The entire transaction resulted in a significant loss of my time, planning, and space, and is still not over for me, as I still have all the scrap to get rid of (I live in a fairly rural location).

This review is for future buyers: check product quality and support experience carefully before purchasing

Love love everything about Mustard Made x I have 17 of their Lockers all different sizes throughout my home x all in a lovely choice of colours x they are just Brilliant x so versatile and fun x They have kept my busy home mess free and organised x Also they just look Great a bit of modern mixed with old x such a simple storage solution which fits into any styled home x would absolutely recommend x

These products are good. Arrived in a timely manner. All parts present. Look good when assembled. You might need 2 people to construct them. But great video for help on that front.

I’m pretty sure I’ve already written a raving review about my mustard Shorty, but I wanted to write another one a year on—because I have truly enjoyed this Shorty. It’s not just the colour, the quality, the ease of putting it together, or the fact that it looks absolutely stunning (it really does!).
What has stood out even more is the customer service. It is honestly the best I have ever experienced. The team has been incredibly responsive, generous, and supportive throughout the entire year. I’ve never encountered customer support quite like this anywhere else.
So I simply wanted to say thank you for being an outstanding team. You are amazing, and I’m genuinely grateful.

This is an amazing company. Their products are so well made, easy to put together, and they do fantastic colours. They have colour swatches available so you can see which colours will work with your room. Their customer service team is quick, and they’re really down to earth. I’m so happy I found them.

Marketing is good because the website is simple and easy to navigate. The products are superior to others that are similar because there is less to do to assemble them so faster to put together .and the end result has a better finish than the cheaper versions .

We bought the Twinny in berry for the bedroom our granddaughter will use when she comes to stay, and it’s beautiful. My husband assembled it and said it was the best kit he’d ever put together! It’s rigid and great quality. Easy ordering and super fast delivery. So lovely to have a good customer experience.

Very happy with my locker which is in my living room as a TV stand. Gorgeous colour and loads of storage space. It was easy to assemble and I am very happy with my purchase.

Mustard make the best lockers out there. I have tried others and believe me, trying to navigate 100s of screws and fixing is hell, and don’t get me started on flimsy. Mustard by comparison go together easily, are solid, and while two pairs of hands is helpful my daughter assembled her midi quickly one evening by herself. We have several different Mustard lockers that have moved house, been dismantled and put back together several times and look just as beautiful as the day they arrived!

This company have great customer care, are very friendly and helpful and are very prompt in replying to queries. Their products are of good quality, very pretty and easy to follow videos for assembly.

We bought four lockers different shapes and sizes for our small studio in London. The colours add a little pop and the storage is great without cramping the space. Absolutely love our lockers. Thank you Mustard.
