I order a bracelet on December 23rd and have still yet to receive it, today is January 31st. I’ve sent at least 6 emails about status and now about a refund. Not one email has been returned.
I would not order anything from this company.

I purchased 2 bracelets a year ago. I alternated wearing them over a year, across all conditions. In sports, while swimming, sea and fresh water, and both bracelets did not change color, or show any signs of wearing or degrading.
Moreover, the sizes of those bracelets are well designed as per the measurements.
Today I purchased 3 new ones, hoping that they are still meeting the same quality i expect.
My only comment to musthef, please introduce more models and a bigger variation because the market doesn't have high quality bracelets as yours.

I have placed two orders and have not received the items, however have been charged. I have emailed the company to complain however have received no response. I would tread carefully

Uber cool looking product, Really substantial feel to it. Looks exactly like it does on the website, arrived from Holland in super quick time, very nice packaging, I would definitely recommend. 5* all the way.

Bought a bracelet about a month ago and still haven't gotten any word on it, I try to contact them but they never respond back.

Absolutely disgusting service, no one replying to ANY of my messages. They say parcel has been shipped but there is no tracking information for over a week. Customer service is shocking!!! Awaiting a refund, however no one answers emails etc. 😡😡😡 *update* I finally received an answer - they told me that customer service was shut over the weekend hence why they hadn’t replied. Except that they didn’t reply during the week but replied on a weekend? So that didn’t make sense 🧐 finally got a refund as I opened a dispute in payal.
