Great service at the take-away cashier! Along with very tasteful breakfast consisting of a sandwich croissant and panini - and good coffee. Many places to sit, along with good atmosphere. Seems like some like to sit and study, whilst others are enjoying their breakfast. We sat 20min, playing cards and left with a good calm feeling :-)
One of the most hopeless customers experiences, I ever had!
1. 17.03 I placed an order looking forward to a delivery before easter.
2. 29.03 I sent an e-mail asking, where my delivery were. No answer - and still no delivery.
3. 02.04 I called Mutterland and was promised to get my money back. I still have not recieved the money.
4. 08.04 I recieved an email with the generous offer, that I once again could pay 16,90 Euro to have my delivery shipped - and probably held back in customs again... Or I can come by a Mutterland shop and pick it up - in my German neighbor country.
This is completely hopeless and I can only warn others, who feel tempted by the nice webshop. Do not spend your money there!
So far I have paid 53 Euros for absolutely nothing.
