Fast arrival, good product quality and good service

I ordered a leather jacket on the 15th Nov, received a confirmation email and was charged. Then received an email on the 20th to say they did not have the jacket I ordered in stock. I was very disappointed and have still not received a refund, its now the 25th. I would not recommend ordering anything from muubaa.

I bought a pair of leather trousers on sale and I received them within 5 days. It was awesome! I was a bit nervous after I purchased the trousers when I read the reviews so I emailed customer service to find out when I’d receive my trousers. The customer service person remained straight away and send my jacket will arrive soon, so I corrected the person and said it was a pair of trousers I bought, he responded straight away
and corrected himself which reassured me. I also asked him for a tracking number when I received another email saying that my trousers were dispatched and on their way. When I got the trousers the quality was beautiful soft Leather and I loved the trousers style, and I did buy them a couple of sizes smaller because the size I wanted was sold out, but I really like them and I’m just going to alter them. I had a good experience with Muubaa and love the leather quality, the customer service was great to and I would buy from them again.

The item I purchased was properly and easily handled via the website. The item arrived quickly and in perfect order.

second time i order and pay a jacket and they inform me one week later that the item is out of stock!

The jacket sent to me is beautiful but not the one I ordered. I have attempted to contact Muubaa about exchanging it but so far no reply

Bought a jacket on sale. When I hadn't heard anything in 14 days I mailed the customer service. They told me, that there had been an error, and the jacket was out of stock. At that point the payment was already fulfilled.
The customer service was polite and apologetic, but I don't think that it's okay, that I had to write the company myself to find out, that the jacket won't be delivered. Hmm.. I asked for a refund and properly won't buy from Muubaa again.

My order was cancelled due to the item not being available, so it was not a great service this time.
I have owned Muubaa product before which is why I wanted to order again but it was not possible this time.

Good customer service, did not have long to wait on item although I had to send it back as it was too big

The jacket was perfect and arrived to Australia within 4 days. Very happy.

i was a little apprehensive committing to a leather purchase online - especially because the order was being shipped to canada.
muubaa customer service / quality / and quick delivery exceeded my expectations. the order was placed on thursday and to my delight, was delivered by monday - i’ve waited much longer for delivery within north america. thank you muubaa.

it's been a month since I returned an order but I did not get my money back so far ...or a confirmation that they accepted the return ...I dont know what to believe....

I ordered a jacket online. The photos clearly show black hardware, zipper domes etc. When it arrived they were not black but silver/ antique silver. This gave the jacket a completely different look. The reason I ordered this jacket is because everything was Black. I contacted Muubbaa and asked why this was the case and they asked to see photos. I sent them photos and have heard nothing back.

Ordered a Size 10 and came through 5cm smaller waist than previous product from Muubaa.
Had hoped for some consistency but sadly not.

I was searching google for a cropped soft leather biker jacket. I came across Muubaa, and how glad was I ? Got myself a beautiful jacket in their sale for almost half price. It was delivered 2 days later, sooner than expected. The size, fit and quality is top notch. I will definitely buy from them again. And I thoroughly recommend them.
