i recently ordered a suede jacket from them. I was beyond excited to get it at half the price. most retailers sell muubbaa at ridiculously high prices. guess what they send me?
a package full of wrapping paper. and i had to pay import taxes for this.
I want my money back within 3-5 business days, as promised. and i want to be reimbursed for the taxes that i paid upon delivery. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

UPDATE AFTER 2 MONTHS: HAVE NOT HEARD FOR THOSE FCKERS. THEY JUST IGNORE THEIR EMAILS. I COPY-PASTED MY ISSUE AND SENT OVER 100 EMAILS, NOBODY GIVES A FCK.

I purchased two leather dresses from Muubaa and one of them came with a huge stain on it. Now to have this removed I will have to take it to a leather cleaning specialist. I contacted Muubaa via email, and Facebook. No one responded to me through their customer service email, however, I did get a respond on Facebook saying they were sorry and that they will offer either a partial refund or cleaning fee refund. I replied right away saying thanks that would be great. Then they never responded again. I tried contacting them and silence. I am so surprised that a company would not only send dirty clothes but also have such TERRIBLE customer service. I feel so helpless because no one is responding to me. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST.

Purchase process simple and understandable, quickly delivered, favorable information always makes me want to buy more.

Be careful that you get exactly what size you need. I miss clicked on what size my wife needed for a jacket and immediately after I got the conformation email, contacted customer service to change my mistake. I never received any response to this day. That wouldn't have bothered me normally but then they proceed to say there is free shipping, But upon receipt of the package, I look at the return label and they deduct the amount of the shipping from your return so when you return the jacket there is no free shipping any more and for me in the US that was a substantial amount, furthermore for returns I was responsible for paying the return shipping effectively meaning I payed 500 dollars for the haste of buying and returning a jacket. Be aware before you buy.

With a short notice, I received my leather top just in time to wear for a special event all the way in Australia! It fitted me like a glove, the leather was so soft and the cut was spot on! I was a very very happy girl/woman.

After contacting customer service, they were able to work with me to get a new jacket sent to me in no time. Really responsive and helpful team they have. Keep up the good work

I have used your web shop several times, but not anymore..

Last time, you charged me right away for all the products i ordered, but when it arrived 2 things where missing. I wrote an e-mail,- no answer. At last someone answered the phone, and after a long wait you told me the items where sold out. Well thats what happens...

After using the jacket 3 times, the leather broke. I therefor in June 2016 wrote to complain about the jacket,- again no answer! after several emails i wanted to see if i was lucky enough to catch you on the phone. The funny thing is, that the number you have as customer service is suddenly unlisted?

I wonder if the company is about to close, or what is going on there??

Just to warn anybody else, dont ordre here, you never know if you are getting your products, if they are broken, and you are certainly not getting your money back!

I must admit im really sad, i love the design, but this is not acceptable !
