I contacted muuse in regards to when I will be receiving my 3rd box as I paid for a 3 month subscription however, never received a response. I have however, yesterday, received an email from muuse stating that they will not longer be providing boxes due to the company going down. Included in this communication is every customers email addresses and now I have random people emailing me.
I reached out to muuse over Instagram regarding this concern and yet to receive a response.
I am now worried my other details will be leaked like card details etc.

DO NOT ORDER.
They say mystery gift is £95 and I googled it and it was £9.99?!?!
The items in box are pretty crap and disappointing.. prices made up.. and I’ve requested my money back and no reply?
I follow olivia attwood and ordered her box thinking it would be high quality stuff like she uses.. she would NOT use any of the products in this box. She should be pretty ashamed of herself too promoting this to her followers.
Bad company, no apology, no reply, nothing.
Do not order and waste your money to feel disappointed like me x

First and last box was ordered on Katie Prices say so, website was useless, customer service constantly generic email response and so glad I cancelled subscription before they went under. Overseas business venture down the plughole like their previous ones as sourced. Better go now before they take too much from too many. Lots of their write ups seem to love the word absolutely ! Goodbye.

I love this beauty box, I like the fact all the products are full size. Other boxes that I have received in the past from other companies have always included small products and with this box it comes with full size products. All the products were really nice and I really liked the detail that went in to the box. Would recommend!

This was my first Muuse box (April 2021) and I was very pleased with the contents that included skin care, hair care and make-up. Muuse is a bit more expensive than some other beauty boxes, but I think it is worth it because all their products are full size and it is excellent value for money (this box contained £153 of product for £20). Five of the six products were from brands that were new to me, so it's a great way to discover and try new brands.

I love everything in the box,the packaging is so pretty and the products smell so nice!!

This is the best monthly beauty box that I have recieved. 6 full size products every month for a really good price plus the products themselves are always good value. Will be staying subscribed to this box for a long time.

The box is so so amazing because it retails for such a high price but you get SO MUCH discount for everything. Definitely a must for people to subscribe. The excitement and the quality of products are only found in the MUUSE UK box!
