Bad company!! My savings would have been gone if not for the team written in my bio photo/ user name helped me in retrieving my refund of 30,000€ that I invested

The whole scammers site has gone now! I do hope, they were shut down as a result of multiple complains from their victims. Any of the "positive reviews" here, or anywhere are fakes published by their paid "traders", all with the fake IDs.

I suspect FRAUD because despite a high number of communications they will not reply or refund me or close my account.I spoke to Ryan Carter and Timothy Bellows and another who wouldn’t give his name.Ive now asked my bank to Help.Their support desk DONT reply at all.

Don't be fooled by 5 star trust pilot reviews or the pressurised sales talk
....... this is a false site with "cocky smooth talking " people. They kept phoning my husband & when I took over the latest call, to say their response was misogynistic would be a massive understatement.
Do not be taken in by these people ...
Luckily no further calls when they realised I knew they were phoney.
If you've been persuaded to pay into this scam site I hope you've used a credit card .... contact your bank with all the details of your transaction &.you should at least get a refund from yr bank. Sadly though the money you paid will have gone not to "muxcap" but to some account in somewhere like Nairobi Kenya.
So folks DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THE SCUM BAGS ..

I followed the link, had a call back, was given an advisor to teach me the ropes. Invested lowest amount. Had calls every few days showing 7% on my investment. Had concerns about their true motives and backed out. I've sent countless emails requesting to withdraw my investment. No reply or sign of my money coming back. Its been over 3 weeks now.
PLEASE BE WARNED this appears to be a SCAM!

Writing to reinforce that the Muxcap platform appears to be a fraudulent investment scam. My experience mirrors many others, including clicking through an advertisement, investing a small initial amount, seeing significant returns for approx 4-5 weeks, receiving unsolicited calls at inconvenient times, advisors missing calls at agreed-to times, false claims of advisor sickness, rude demands to invest more money, refusing to trade on my account until I agreed to be 'educated' on why more investment funds were required. No online presence (eg. LinkedIn) for any of the individuals that I dealt with at Muxcap.

I've submitted a withdrawal request on my account but I'm not holding my breath that Muxcap will honour it.

Je suis en train de lancer une procédure contre eux pour déclarer la fraude, j'ai contacté les autorités compétentes (FINMA, police financière, services antifraude et des avocats) je vais faire de la publicité partout dans les médias, que la guerre commence...

Here is the update. When I refused to give them more money, they blocked access to my account and ran off with my money. Do you really think you can escape God's justice??
I am initiating legal action against them to report the fraud. I have contacted the relevant authorities (FINMA, financial police, anti-fraud services, and lawyers). I will spread the word everywhere in the media — let the war begin...

Talk about high pressure sales~! After hearing their sales pitch I requested a 24 hour thinking period BUT 'Carlos' refused to even consider it. He became more desperate and finally rude before I finally just hung up on him. BUT in the next three days I received over a dozen call backs at rediculous times of the day. Obnoxious!!!!

Do not trust fraudulent company stopped answering English numbers now they have started ringing on irish numbers

Scam! Do not give them a penny. Iv lost my money and they are just harassing and scamming people for there money. Iv no longer got access to my account or money.

IF YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED SUBMIT A REPORT ON CHAINABUSE. IF WE HAVE ENOUGH REPORTS WE CAN GET LAW ENFORCEMENT ENGAGED.
Complete scam. Do not engage. These are the worst kind of scum on the planet. Sophisticated so people fall for it. Don't engage! trust all the 1 star reviews. the 4 and 5 star reviews are planted by them.

Muxvap is not a real trading platform they take your money and they never do anything with it .
Then when you ask to have it back they don’t answer . Total scam. Stay away.

Definitely a scam outfit!
All use pseudonyms. Will try and manipulate you into taking bank loans which will leave you owing fortunes while they spirit away the money, never to be seen again. Stole £15,000 from me. LEGITIMATE debt collectors won't touch this with a barge pole. If any so called debt collectors say otherwise, you are being scammed, AGAIN!

My Muxcap platform disappeared with my money. Everything wiped out, when I wanted to withdraw some money. Very disappointed. Lost 5K Canadian. I've been emailing for someone to contact me. Noone has.

Appalling, no support, no response when asking for a call back and NO action when asking to withdraw or close account. Please beware!

Muxcap is a scam trading company.
Think twice before investing your money with them.

Lost money at first trying to follow big influencers’ trades. Eventually realized I needed to trust my own analysis. Slower progress, but definitely more consistent.

Fresh review to keep this at the top of their lists whilst Muxcap are paying for fake 'verified' reviews to boost their rating on this platform!

ABSOLUTE SCAM, no question! Don't give them a penny, and if you find yourself with a spare moment in the day, string them along on the phone so that they can't scam other folks!

Also notice how they only reply to the fake reviews, which are all worded in extremely similar mannerisms by the way, all from accounts with only '1 review' to Muxcap.

Scam company, called every week showed investment was doing well noticed had changed in a while so opted to cash out ,got a phone call claiming to be from UK government , and that company has gone for corrupt trading ask for official email, none came ,still no word of money DO NOT INVEST SCAM COMPANY
