They sell new but send you used items
They sent me used sound card in incomplete packaging (USB cable missing) instead of new one I ordered. I returned the item and wanted money plus shipping cost back (a lot of money to send the package abroad), because it wasn't my fault. They gave me money for the item back, but refused to pay shipping. As proof they made fake video (with the new sound card, not the one they tried to sell me) of opening package I sent them, where of course was complete item. Liars, beware of this small company.
