Bad Courier delivery service
Quality of products and politeness of Muzika staff is great, but the courier they used was absolute rubbish and lied about deliveries and it was then finally delivered by a different company. Order was made on the 10.9.22 and was on a four working day delivery, courier marked the follow up as being fully delivered on the 22nd UNTRUE finally all arrived on the 27th. I would not use Muzika again because of the courier they use.

The package was "in-stock" when I…
The package was "in-stock" when I ordered it but was not delivered 10 days later.
I was not told of any delay and when I emailed Muziker they blamed the logistics partners
