its a scam company, prying on desperate people who are looking for a halal marriage
the prices are ridiculous and the matches are hidden till you pay them
they claim they are using that money for gaza and bla bla bla
all their money is going to the case they lost to TINDER and have to pay millions to them which they are taking from us ( so at the end of the day you are literally paying for TINDER )

the so called "Islamic" app could run at a cheap cost as it only takes 5k to make an app and few people to run it
but asking people to pay 80/weekly .... oh common

Thousands of incomplete profiles with professional photos, very likely fake profiles made by Muzz.

Those who do have genuine profiles are extremely immature. Most people seem damaged?

Please do not waste money here. They called from an unknown number demanding money when I did not pay them they blocked my profile. They are scammers please be aware of it.

Just registered with this app after paying vip gold and what a waste of money.. got 5 matches and hit the limit.. of which none responded.sonwither you wait forever for a response and in mean time can't communicate with any others who may be active or not.. what a waste of money.. deleted !!! Requested refunded no response.

I keep seeing the same profile all the time and I don’t want to see outside UK even though it shows outside UK.

They are making money, used to get weekly boost that lasts 24 hours and now it’s 1 hour. How ridiculous is that.

I am appalled by the level of customer service. They tell you that they will reply withing 48 hours. Sometimes they do in other times they don't at all. In some occasions they reply with a follow up question pretending to take concern ob an issue but then don't reply to your follow up answer. How rude. I was promised a refund of some sort due to a specific reason and I was told that a manager would contact me and issue the refund. Not only was I not contacted by anyone, I then tried to chase this up but I am now no longer getting responses. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. Stay well away from this app. You will struggle to find a partner due to the algorithms set to try and make you continuously spend and waste money

This app is a money making scheme their is no safety or wellbeing in here they look after paid members no matter how vile they are , I reported a member sent proof of what’s app messages Proof and I got two e mails to say they take safety and well-being seriously and have taken action I persued them to tell me that action they took only to get a reply saying we are monitoring the individual incase he does something again ! They do not care the person was lying and was caught out and had another fake account . Muzz did nothing !

There are bot accounts that stop replying after 2-3 messages. One of these accounts told me, "You can't see my photo?" while her photos were blurred. and other things

MONEY MAKING SCHEME
It is a money-making scheme. After 4 months of gold membership, and what i encountered,I decided not to renew it. They blocked my account after 11 hours without any reason. They told me that "they reserve the right to not correspond further."

Good app. But people on the app are not real. There are inactive/bot profiles

Had gold membership for at least 6 months. No real messages or meet ups as hardly anyone responded to messages or if they did respond they would stop after a couple of messages suggesting bot profiles

Absolutely joke of an app. You pay for a being a gold member which is a waste of time as some of the features you pay for don’t work you report it to the pathetic customer service team who just state yes we are aware of the issue! No timescale when it will be resolved or any sort of compensation for the loss of service you pay for. I don’t recommend this app as it is a con. May Allah help us all to find a partner the right away and not for people to be ripped off from a joke of a company in Muzz. Ameen

This app is scam, as I am living in Pakistan and my phone is from UK. So it keep showing me UK price, However, I registered my profile in Pakistan and use pakistani number.

in the same time, my friend profile is showing fine and showing PKR price which is less.

How can I pay 20,000 for 3 month in Pakistan.
Customer Support is 0. I email them many time and they do not reply.

Also, they have fake profiles which are made by them to get customers. Its a totally scam

Appalling, with either people who have just come to this country and lie about their profession or have totally misogynistic behaviour. Equally the British ones are mostly Asian with some really toxic behaviour. The man shaz who runs it doesn’t care when you report men sending unsolicited pics. They condone bad behaviour of men and if you call it out on the social side they delete your comment. I’ve been verbally abused , had racist remarks and they do nothing. They take your money for gold membership or boost and it does nothing- you’re shown the same individuals. OPPRESSIVE. EXPLOITIVE. PURELY MONEY MAKING SCHEME. TOXIC CULTURE. NOT ISLAM. Muzz is one of the worst scam dating app I have ever seen, in the first place I paid my subscription 30€ per month and I only have to message one person every 24 hours and the boost lasts for 01 hour which they would not tell you without a subscription. and the worst experience is that I have been sending a compliment to women who have never approved and responded to me. all they do is reject my request as if it is AI generated by the muzz developers and the app is as fake and does not really care about their customers.
Therefore I am advising people not to waste their time downloading this haram and scam app. All the women are not looking for anything serious. just been playing around as the developers of this app. God will punish you all. I hate Muzz and I would like to advise anyone not to download or subscribe to the Muzz app.

I have literally spent hundreds on their Gold membership and chat purchases for me to get a surprise email stating that they permanantly blocked my account without good justification... The reason they gave did not make any sense at all and God knows how I will get my money back... Don't use them they are crooks

I literally joined and paid for the gold membership. Then they blocked my account. Claiming I violated terms and services. Which wasn't the case as I had barely even used the app. Then I sent several emails asking for clarification as to what terms and services I breached. However there was no justication whatsoever in their response. Just the same old automated messages. I know hand on hesrt i had done nothing. Then when discussing the money, wouldn't return the money, when i paid for a service i was no longer using because they had blcoked me, i had only used it for a day. Cheap and disgusting behaviour from an app. It was my first time and last time using muzz.
