Mark was very diligent and provided great communication for the project. More importantly, all goals were met.

Mark did an amazing job helping me after I accidently got my Google Ads account suspended. I tried appealing the suspension directly with Google but got nowhere. I also spoke with two large agencies which advised me it was almost impossible to re-activate my account. This was very worrying as when you receive the suspension message, it also warns that your account might be suspended permanently meaning you will never be able to use Google Ads!!

I discovered Mark after searching LinkedIn and I am so pleased that I did. He is incredibly responsive when you contact him and is happy to speak over the phone, over teams and in email. Mark explained the issues very clearly and his knowledge in the area, and his wider digital marketing knowledge, are clear from the outset. And I am genuinely delighted to say that, within just a few days, Mark managed to get my account unsuspended. In summary, Mark is a real digital marketing expert, incredibly responsive and a really nice guy.
