I have owned multiple MVMT watches and the products have been “acceptable”. The watch strap I had on my chrono broke right before my wedding. I ordered a replacement to be delivered to my residence in SC. The strap never arrived and wasn’t able to where my watch during wedding. The strap was stuck in the post office. My biggest disappointment is the customer service on the backend of this transaction. MVMT’s “support” team essentially told me “sorry but there’s nothing we can do”. I chatted with the support team and the result of the conversation was a link to leave a review.

Long story short. Lower quality products, even lower quality customer service. Shop elsewhere if these two things are important to you.

The worst company that I ever deal. On 27.11 I ordered watches after 11 days of waiting UPS showed me that the package got back in company, so I got new order number never got a tracking number. It is 12.12 and still didn’t got, I write many email and spoke with 2 people that not even know what to do with that. But everybody say something else. I already ask for money back, that still not happening. Please don’t order anything from there. I already saw other reviews from other people that not even get money back and they even spent more money.

I knew what I was getting but wanted a beater field style watch as travelling in big cities makes my nice watches difficult to wear and stay safe.

However 24 hours after wearing the mvmt field watch the glass already has a scratch, I haven't dropped it just in and out of jackets, pockets etc.

Thankfully I only paid £45 on black Friday but still terrible quality all the same.

It actually looks decent otherwise.

Watch stopped working after a couple weeks. Typical overhyped, falsely advertised cheap Chinese made garbage. Par for the course for how this generation does business.

Mvmt watches can be bought on Alibaba for 20-30$, they are Chinese junk. Don't buy into the hype. They spend millons on advertising to morons and it Works, years later they're still scamming people. If you want a good watch, save your money and buy something swiss.

I recently lost a screw from my watch case. When I contacted customer support requesting a replacement screw, the response was prompt, and the offered solution was more than adequate.

They sent me a replacement watch case, at no expense, promptly. Obviously, there was due diligence. I had my serial number and account information readily available. Be responsible and this company will take care of you.

Poor quality watch straps, colour not as advertised. Strap is purple not brown. Instead of sending another one which is brown, they said just return the purple strap but then I wouldn’t have a strap for my MVMT watch?!

Where do I begin, If you guys ever had a chance to use their live chat and get a talk with Laura, she is AMAZING!! even the word Amazing is a understatement. The quick, rapid and above and beyond service really makes me proud to be a owner of MVMT product. I had a watch ordered for a wedding coming up soon and didn't receive a confirmation email yet even though my money has been taken out of my account. Laura has given me reassurance about my order stating a email will be sent within 24 hours of the order and also give me proof over her end that the order has been received in their system. Even though it was something small, to have less things to worry about with a wedding and to have things confirmed and finalised, really goes really far. I have supported MVMT since 2016 and will be ongoing!

Quality of the product is high. Packaging, pricing and shipping is all very good. I am giving 4 stars only because it should be simpler to initiate a return. A link to the process could be added to the order details. Once I initiated a chat about a return, everything was handled exceptionally

After I had purchased the wrong size strap, their customer service was excellent in helping me swap for the correct one.

Incredibly poor quality, even worse customer service! They make returns near impossible.

I ordered a watch I thought was great quality, at least the pictures and advertisements showed it to be. However, when it arrived, it was nothing like the pictures.The glass was plastic-like and domed out awkwardly over the watch face. The measurements were totally off, with it being advertised as a 42 mm watch face, but in actuality it measured 37mm). It feels like a $5 watch! I've now been in an ongoing ordeal trying to return it, as they are "unable to generate a return label online", and after over 6 back and forth emails to their customer service team, they continue to work on generating a return label that is apparently out of their control. Frustrating experience, avoid at all costs!

Got this watch for my brother's birthday. It ended up getting lost in transit and the customer service was wonderful! They had everything resolved and had shipped me a new watch within 10 minutes. The rep I spoke with was attentive, and friendly. And my brother adores the watch! Definitely will be purchasing more watches from MVMT!

This review is for their phone case. The camera one of the three lenses for the my iPhone 12 Pro Max cracked because the case does not protect your camera lenses. The case is build with glass and that shattered. A shattered phone case, I’ve never heard of such a thing. I didn’t care to much about that, but the case doesn’t even protect my phone. Because I used this phone case for one month out of the almost two years of owning this phone, it is no longer in excellent condition. I’m crushed, I worked hard to take care of my phone. If the engineering of a phone case is so awful I can only imagine the same for the watches. Don’t waste your money on poor engineering.

Great customer service, great watches!

MVMT deserves a five starting rating from me. I had the best experience with Gaile leading the way. It started with the online chat function on the website. Gaile referred me to their support email with instructions on what to include in the email. I followed the instructions and was sent an email telling me I would have someone contact me within 24 hours, this was around noon. Near 6 o’clock, I had an email telling me my replacement item would be sent and they thanked ME for reaching out for guidance. This occurred on a Wednesday and on Saturday evening the package was on my front porch. I emailed them to compliment them on their customer service and to let them know the replacement arrived. Another one of their watches caught my eye, will purchase soon. Thank you MVMT

I like how it looks, better than I thought I would. I saw one photo on a wrist that made me think I would not like it, but it is a very nice sleek looking watch.

Pros:
-Looks great, enough so that it catches other people's eyes.
-Great budget watch price without feeling cheap.
-While the metal doesn't feel heavy duty, it does feel plenty sturdy.
-No paint chipping. I have been watching this very closely, been wearing it for just under a week now and every day I inspect it pretty closely to see if black paint is chipping off the band and none is at all, so very happy about that.
-If you're looking for a sleek minimalist watch, it doesn't get more minimalist than this.

Cons:
-No way to see time when dark. I thought it would have a touch of glow in the dark or something, but it doesn't. So if it's dark and I want to see the time, I first look at my wrist out of habit and then after being annoyed that I can't see anything, I have to pull my phone out to check the time.
-Super minimalist with this color means every imperfection on the face is seen. On most watches you may not have to wipe the face down very often as you can't see little specs of water or dust very well. On this watch, I have to clean the face multiple times day because of water or dust or whatever else touches it because it's so intensely noticeable. Good part of this is that it forces you to have a very clean watch at all times.
-Similar to my last point, if the screen gets a scratch/scuff on it, I feel it's going to be game over. It will be extremely noticable to have that kind of imperfection on a watch like this so I can only hope the watch is made with some very high quality/anti scratch material.
-If you like the feel of a heavy watch, this is not it. It's quite light, which is taking some getting use to for me as I used to get very large heavy watches a few years back.
-If you are used to any other features other than time alone you may get frustrated, I keep looking at my wrist for the date and then remember it's not there. While this is not a large con, I'm simply saying that if arw used to any additional features then they will not be there. No seeing time in the dark, no date or timer, etc.

Overall, I knew I was buying a minimalist watch and I am happy with it, just wish it allowed me to see the time in the dark.

Due to a stupid error on my part I managed to drop my ceramic MVMT watch onto a tiled floor - the strap exploded. I contacted MVMT to purchase a new strap and after a very brief exchange, they offered me a complete new watch which was shipped VERY rapidly - super positive impression, and many thanks to MVMT for their reactivity!

Great products. Great customer support. Great people.
