I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint against the MVP BDT Affiliates Telegram support team. The support agents are behaving in an extremely unprofessional and disrespectful manner toward new affiliate users. They called me over the phone, verbally abused and threatened me, and even tried to coerce me into abandoning their website to work for another. Despite no prior mention in the rules or conditions regarding the need for personal documentation like a Voter ID card or a selfie for OTP verification on a new account, they are arbitrarily demanding these items. I have collected screen records of this misconduct and strongly urge the administration to review these proofs, take immediate disciplinary action, and suspend these unprofessional support agents.
