First item I buy and you guys lost it! Enough said, now I'm getting pushback on waiting to try to find the item. It was unique, not even closely as valuable as some of the items you sell but it was valuable to me. Extremely disappointed! Update, they eventually found it(weeks later) I processed the payment again I finally got the Jersey and as I gifted it we were trying to find the signature of a player on the jersey, we spent 30 minutes analyzing every signature until we gave up and tried to register it in hopes we would get more info on the signature we were looking for, come to find when my friend registered it this was a Women's jersey not the men's, through the whole process the only designation that thos is a Woman's team is a single W at the end of the listing, not the whole word to be clear "Squad Signed Shirt, Norway W" how I (a new customer) was supposed to know that is beyond me! Put the Woman's in the front of the listing so we all know what it truly is. A waste of time and money in its entirety, from the time spent, shipping issues and inaccurate listing just a waste of money. I was so embarrassed when I found out!

'Won' a signed women's Giro d'Italia…
'Won' a signed women's Giro d'Italia shirt in a charity auction from MWS. Very nice shirt, took a day or two longer to arrive than I expected & you have to bear in mind there are additional costs added to the auction bid to give a final price. Also was asked a number of times did I want an expensive frame for it which I didn't. Pleased with the shirt though & delivered safely.

threatening emails less than 24 hours after purchase
When I won the auction on the Wednesday evening I was told I had 48 hours to complete the purchase. I then received a threatening note the following Thursday morning saying if I didn't pay within 24 hours my account would be suspended, and first thing Friday morning after that I got a further harassing and threatening email saying my account had been suspended as I hadn't paid, even though there was still plenty of time to go until the expected payment timeframe window had closed.
This is not good customer service or meeting customer expectations. The shirt was well paid for within 48 hours as required, and there had been no problem with me paying for a previous purchase, so the threatening emails and suspension were complete overkill, inappropriate, and very poor customer service.

Quality and framing style
I can't say enough good things about my experiences with MWS. I currently own two match-worn and signed shirts from MWS which both jerseys were framed through FrameTheGame. I also recently reached out to FrameTheGame to frame my own jersey which they did an awesome job communicating the design and logistics with me. The jersey is currently on a DHL shipment headed my way. What I like most is the style of the framing and materials used. I'm yet to see a better framing service!

Horrible experience with this company…
Horrible experience with this company from beginning to end . Auctions extended many times , shirts photos only released last days. And on top of all that received a product damaged, mls jersey with flag removed and glue still on jersey with paper wrapping on it. No phone number for company. They only answer whatsapp or email. They have no quality customer service. Stay away from this company
