Extremely disappointed in the product…
Extremely disappointed in the product and customer service. I purchased a set of wheels for my 2017 KTM 500 EXCF. I had less than 500 miles on the wheels when the bearing in the cushdrive exploded,causing the sprocket to immediately grind into the swingarm and almost lockup the back tire. I contacted customer service, they simply stated that because I am outside of the 6 month warranty, that there is nothing they can do to remedy my situation. I am out $749.90 for the wheels, plus another $700 to replace the swingarm that was destroyed. I would highly advise against buying anything from this firm.
