I booked a home visit for my elderly mam which was very easy to do on line.
The young man who came was very polite & explained everything he was doing.
The wax he removed was unbelievable & mam went from no hearing at all to full hearing again!

From booking the appointment to the ear wax removal I was made comfortable and in safe and capable hands. The procedure was fully explained and it was good to see the before a d after condition of my ears. My hearing is much clearer now.
I would use this service again and have the contact card with details.

The process was very straightforward. I was made to feel very comfortable and was shown the inside of my ear on a screen before the treatment started. The whole process took about ten minutes. When making the appointment I got a slot for the following week.

Sajj was fab, he talked me through the process and was very patient. Both of my ears were so blocked you couldn't see my eardrums and my left ear had limited hearing. He cleared both ears and my hearing is back to normal. I would definitely recommend!

The procedure was carried out on time and as scheduled, the removal was no problem everything was done with extreme cleanliness and explained so i knew what was happening.

i had wax in my both ears i was very upset because i couldn't hear properly then i contact to my ear Care and booked my appointment with doctor sajad at my home he came and checked my ear properly with micro camera and remove all wax with modern instrument's now i feel better and hear properly

After feeling terrible for days and trying to clear my ears with drops I decided to use an ear syringing service. I was at my wits end, everyone I called had a waiting list, after speaking to Saj he was able to fit me in for a same day service and the best part is that my hearing is restored and the tinnitus has gone. Sajj was very nice and patient with me. My ears were never cleaned by a specialist so therefore I stopped him several times as the feeling of suction removal was unusual to me.

In all honesty the best, got an appointment fairly quick, he came over with all his equipments, and explained the procedures and to my surprise, it all went a smooth process. I was so astonished with the results and efficiency. Would defo recommend and consult again.

The earcare specialist Sajj, at MyEarCare was very professional, understanding and helpful. He visited me at home within a few hours of my call and explained everything in detail. The syringing process was very effective and I cannot recommend their service highly enough.
