We deliver most items within 2 working days, but heavier and bespoke ones can take a bit longer. We include delivery in the price for mainland UK, but if you wish to collect, we’ll discount your order. We aim to respond to any queries the same day, usually within a couple of hours. Chairs arrived in perfect condition
Chairs arrived in perfect condition, on time, we didn't have to assemble anything and, importantly, we love the chairs. The delivery was on time - notified before arrival and the young man concerned lifted the parcels into the hallway for me for me so I could just slide the parcels without lifting them. Excellent service all round
