I firstly ordered two tea mugs from Glassify. They were delivered quickly and the craftsmanship on the items is exquisite.
But, at Christmas time I ordered a set of wine glasses for a gift. They have still not arrived and Glassify won't reply to me.
So no glasses, no communication, I'm out of money and the additional 2 sets of glasses that I was GOING TO order? Huh! I will never buy from Glassify again. EVER. Inconsistent and utterly UNPROFESSIONAL. Save your money and heartache and buy something else from SOMEONE ELSE!
They claim item was delivered but I never received it. So disappointed it was gift and I’m out of my money. They won’t refund or send me out another one. Horrible for me this is a scam
