On November 16, 2025 I placed an order for a custom cover for an outdoor table and paid €137.68 with a Mastercard. Since then I have not received any information. I have complained twice on their website without response. I have no order number or anything, only the payment to the bank on my credit card on November 16, 2025. It seems like a scam.
The color of the protections are not beige at all!! It is a brown like a carton. The customer service did not exchange/refund the merchandise and just claimed that the color differs regarding the display. Nevertheless this is not a beige no matter which display, but really a brown. I am highly dissappointed!

We are really surprised by this comment because we have never had a problem of interpretation with our BEIGE color. In addition, if you had a specific BEIGE in mind, all you had to do was ask us for a sample before ordering. Sending samples is free and helps to avoid any misunderstandings.
