Fake e-shop for medicines, avoid ordering

I would like to formally express my disappointment with the service provided by my-medical.in. I placed an order costing around 7000.

Unfortunately, entirely different medicines/products worth penny were delivered instead of the items ordered. I reported the issue immediately and provided supporting images for reference; however, no satisfactory resolution has been offered to date.

The situation was further aggravated by the fact that I required these medicines prior to my travel on 4th June. Had I chosen an alternative supplier, it is likely that I would have received the correct products on time and avoided considerable inconvenience and stress.

Additionally, the customer support experience has been extremely unsatisfactory. The contact phone number provided by the company appears to be invalid, making it impossible to communicate with them directly. Furthermore, there has been no response to the only available email address. Such lack of communication and accountability is highly concerning, particularly for a medical supplier.

I requested either an immediate replacement or a full refund, but the overall handling of the matter has been deeply disappointing. Based on this experience, I would advise prospective customers to exercise caution before placing orders with my-medical.

Title: Completely Wrong Product Delivered – Very Disappointed

I honestly didn’t expect this.

I ordered Radiffect Plus Skin Brightening Cream (Order #14782) on 22nd February 2026 for ₹859, and the parcel was delivered on 26th February 2026. But when I opened it, I was shocked — instead of the cream I ordered, I received a totally different product: Verilich Hair Growth Serum.

This isn’t a small mistake. It’s a completely different category of product. How does something like this even happen?

I have clear photos of what I ordered and what was delivered. I’ve already contacted the company and asked for a full refund of ₹859. I’m waiting for their response.

Very disappointing experience. Buyers, please double-check your orders when they arrive.

I will update this review depending on how responsibly they handle this issue.

Water bottle kept inside the box instead of ordered product and cheated

Ordered Sebamed Hydrating Body Lotion worth Rs.3400 on my-medical.in. The payment term available was COD only on their website. We were asked to make payment before taking delivery without checking the content inside. After the payment is made, packet was given and we opened and saw, few water bottles were kept inside.

We followed up through mail, Whatsapp, calls etc etc for a long time , but no response.

This is a bogus company cheating customers by supplying some cheaper water bottles etc inside the packing box and duping the customers. Serious action must be taken by the concerned authorities on this my-medical.in website/ company please.
