I was contacted by a collection agency over items from mytoys.de that I supposedly purchased. I did not purchase the items. I responded to the collection agency and to my-toys.de, informing them of this. They persisted. Mytoys.de informed me that I needed to file a police report. I am disinclined to do so, since I had nothing to do with the purchase and don't feel that I should have to contact the police on their behalf. The whole experience is frustrating.

I ordered Christmas presents for my kids, but the package didn't arrive on the promised time. So I called My Toys and they told me, that there had been a problem with the package so I would have to make a new order! And of course the toys will not be here in time for Christmas. It is such bad service!! They didn't even contact me to let me know, that there was a problem.
