Thank you for my watch
Thank you for my watch. I got the Seiko Mod GMT that looks like the batman rolex with the Blue and Black Bezel with the blue GMT hand. I ordered my watch on Black Friday after Thanksgiving in 2025, and received my watch separately from the watch roll on January 9th of 2026.
The Good: I like the initial build quality. The look and feel of the watch on my wrist exceeded my expectations. The watch roll ajd sizing kit were also very nice. I also like the customization options for their watches and the website was easy to navigate both on a computer or the mobile phone web browser.
The Bad: The watch took longer than I expected; but I believe this may have been due to the Holiday's and time to ship from China. Also the watch band clasp wasn't what I was expecting, but I did get used to how to open an close the band after finding a YouTube Clip on this style of band. The band was not a traditional Seiko band clasp, but still looks and feels very nice.
Conclusion. I would rate this experience 4 1/2 stars and would consider purchasing again.

Most important the quality of the time peace is amazing. I was at a Holiday party and a gentleman came up to me and said what a beautiful Rolex is that the Daytona? I said yes but it is the seiko Daytona. He was amazed because he was actually wearing the Rolex Daytona which is over 20k and could not believe the quality and resemblance of the real one.

Excellent Quality Watch
My husband really wanted the Seitona Blue watch for Christmas. He absolutely loves it and says it is very good quality. He was surprised how impressive the watch looks.
It will take a while to get the watch, but it was totally worth the wait! We received it within 30 days and that was over the holidays.

Ordered a watch as a Christmas gift …
Ordered a watch as a Christmas gift during their Black Friday sale, watch didn't get here till after the new year, and a "Free goodie bag and adjustment kit" never showed up. The shipment tracking app didn't work and when the watch arrived it had the wrong wrist band and the wrong back.
Such a disappointment, I'd send it back but don't want to deal with this company anymore.

The advertising was extremely misleading regarding delivery time. I placed an order on November 29th 2025 thinking it would arrive way before Christmas. Advertised 7-10 days from time order was placed. The watch arrived over a month later. There should have been more transparency regarding time of delivery.

I ordered a watch on Dec 1, was emailed the unit was complete on Dec 6th and tracking info provided on Dec 12th. I contacted their customer service team 3 times with questions about what was going on with my order and finally requests for a refund. 3 times I was told the watch had been shipped and would arrive in a few days. Shipping receipt shows the unit actually shipped on the 27th. So, 20+ days after the promise date,the watch arrived. No instructions. The clasp for the band flew apart and the retaining pin failed when the clasp was first opened. Their advertisements show mechanical movements, the watch I received has a quartz movement. At least it is a Seiko VK63A

Beautiful, custom product people will ask about
I purchased for my partner and avid watch lover/purchaser. Ordering was easy, customer service was great, shipping took a while BUT custom items tend to.
Well worth the wait, he was very happy. He has gotten quite a few compliments and also questions about where he purchased which he happily answered and sent along the website.

Deceptive marketing
Great marketing, deeply disappointing product, evasive customer service
I ordered this watch as a Christmas gift and was genuinely excited based on the website, branding, and marketing. Unfortunately, what arrived was nowhere near what was implied or reasonably expected.
The watch I configured was advertised as a Submariner-style build, which in any reasonable interpretation suggests a 39–42mm case. What I received has a face measuring roughly 29mm, making it look undersized and nothing like the product imagery or description. This is not subjective — it’s a measurable, objective mismatch.
The overall quality is poor. The case feels cheap, the rubber strap feels cheap, and the crown is low-grade. Ironically, the box is the nicest part of the entire product.
After receiving the watch, I discovered that the components used are off-the-shelf AliExpress parts. Not “similar” parts — the exact same parts. I was able to find them easily, price them, and confirm that I could have built this watch myself (including tools) for well under what I paid. Nowhere on the website is this made clear. The vague phrase “built from compatible parts” does not disclose that the entire watch is assembled from low-cost marketplace components while being marketed and priced as something far more premium.
Customer service has been polite but frustratingly evasive. Despite clearly explaining the issues — including the incorrect case size and misrepresentation — I’ve repeatedly been asked to send photos and videos, as if a ruler wouldn’t confirm the problem instantly. Their return policy only allows refunds if a watch is “faulty or incorrectly assembled,” which conveniently ignores misleading product representation altogether.
There has been no meaningful attempt to take responsibility. No acknowledgment that the case size is wrong. No transparency about component sourcing. Just repeated deflection behind “craftsmanship” claims and quality-control language.
This experience feels deceptive. Strong marketing creates expectations that the product simply does not meet. If you’re considering buying from this site, understand this clearly: you are paying a large premium for assembly and branding, not for unique parts or exceptional quality.
I would not purchase again, and I would strongly caution others to do thorough research before ordering.
