Would give zero if I could! Waste of money do not buy anything from them as it breaks after just a month of use and nobody will respond to any form of customer comms.

I have been trying for over a month to try and get in contact through social media, e-Mail and live chat. No response from anybody. This customer service is NOT acceptable.

Xpad stomach and arm pads
Bought the stomach and arm pads after seeing a review by Rachel Lugo (Cheshire housewives), thought it was worth a try as advertised by her and they had an offer on. I received the product which was awful quality and only lasted no more than 2 goes before needing more batteries. I emailed xpad direct a couple of times to no avail and even contacted Rachel Lugo via Instagram, she said she would email them direct. I have heard nothing back at all and received no refund as they stated. Very poor service and awful quality!!!!!

I bought the full body kit from xpad after watching an endorsement, they had an offer on and the results is what I was looking for. So i was excited buy my purchase, I used it straight away, it was fab, I was getting into my second week of using just the stomach pad, and it stopped working after it electrocuted me first! I contacted them to let them know as the website says we will get back to you within hours or max a day, so I started to use the arm pads, a day later it stopped working, I contacted them again to let them know another one wasn't working, I started to use the other arm pad and that lasted 4 days, so now 3 out of the full body kit is now not working!! I have contacted them via email, via Instagram, via there live chat and nothing. I have now started a complaint to get my money back, I'm glad I paid half price as £100 + is a lot to loose. Quick at taking the money and delivery but no customer service if you have faulty items. BE AWARE AND STAY CLEAR, I DON'T THINK I WILL BE THE LAST!

Poor customer service
Product seems ok, but the replacement gel pads are too small for the booty toner. When I order a full body set and replacement gel pads I expected them to fit all the items. Attempted to contact customer service which says they typically reply in minutes but I get no response on chat or from email. Would recommend if customer service was better
