However, my only and major issue is with the Verification Department's lack of communication. I requested a withdrawal of $2,600, and as requested on July 2nd, I promptly submitted a selfie holding my ID with RoboForex clearly visible. I was promised a response within 24 hours, but it has now been 4 days with absolutely no proper reply or update. When contacting support, they simply state that an exact timeframe cannot be specified.
Traders withdraw funds for urgent, real-life needs—be it medical emergencies, bills, or daily livelihood. It is highly frustrating to freeze a client's livelihood and make them wait indefinitely without a clear time frame. If a broker with millions of clients takes days or weeks just to review a simple selfie, it raises questions, especially considering the withdrawal speed differences between RoboMarkets and RoboForex Offshore.
Please understand that human patience has its limits, and as a customer, I have urgent financial obligations. This is not a threat, but if this matter is not resolved fairly and my funds are delayed further, I will have no choice but to escalate this and lodge a formal complaint with the FSC (Financial Services Commission). However, given your reputation, I truly hope it will not have to go that far.
I kindly request RoboForex management to look into Ticket ID 2398148 immediately, complete the verification, and release my withdrawal. Thank you.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a broker.
I opened a new account and completed every verification requirement requested by RoboForex. My account was fully verified, including live face verification, passport verification, driving license verification, and proof of address. All of my documents were approved.
After verifying my account, I deposited funds. However, on the same day, I needed to withdraw the money because my mother needed it for personal expenses. I did not place any trades at all. The funds simply remained in the account, and I requested a withdrawal.
What followed was over a month of frustration. My withdrawal request was canceled around 10 times, possibly even more. Each time, I received the same requests and explanations repeatedly. My support ticket ID was 2390000, and I submitted every document they asked for, yet my withdrawal was still not processed.
For more than a month, I had no access to my own money. Responses from support were extremely slow, and at times it felt like nobody was properly addressing the issue. Despite providing all requested information and having a fully verified account, I was unable to receive my funds in a reasonable timeframe.
I did not trade, I did not violate any rules, and I fully cooperated with every verification request. All I wanted was to withdraw my own deposit.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend RoboForex. This was by far the most stressful and disappointing experience I have had with any broker.

“0% withdrawal fee” was displayed, yet I was charged commissions on both USD and EUR withdrawals.
After paying fees and converting currencies, I was left with $561 — but RoboForex requires a minimum withdrawal of $571.03 USD. So they charge fees, then leave your remaining balance below their own withdrawal minimum.
The platform is full of hidden fees, arbitrary limits and misleading “free withdrawal” advertising. You really want to f ck your clients?
I withdrew what I could and closed all my accounts. This feels misleading and illegal.

Catastrophic execution losses on Pro Cent — and a dismissive compliance team
I deposited $1,000 on a live Pro Cent account. **It was wiped to zero in under 30 minutes.**
Identical Expert Advisor, identical settings, identical machine, identical time window — running in parallel on a RoboForex demo account. The results were nothing alike:
Two accounts, 1 demo, 1 live running the same EA to compare results.
Max orders, 10 on both.
Demo sticks to the Max Orders.
Live account magically opens 22 orders against the market as it tanks. 12 more than the EA is capable of opening!
Literally impossible for the EA to do, to go against its own set. It has never ever done that before. However with Roboforex anything is possible!
- **Demo:** 197 trades opened, **205 closed**, peak concurrent positions 5. **Survived.**
- **Live Pro Cent:** 114 trades opened, **only 100 closed**, peak concurrent 17. **Margin call.**
On demo, take-profit closes fired reliably and the basket churned safely. On live, the same TP conditions repeatedly failed to execute. The broker's own journal records dozens of close-order rejections (`[Too many requests]`, `[Invalid parameters]`) on the live account during the same minutes — close failures that did not occur on demo. Positions that should have closed at small profit stayed open; the strategy stacked the next grid level on top; the basket grew to **three times** what the demo ever produced under identical inputs; the account hit margin call.
I filed a formal complaint with their compliance department (tickets #2363336 and #2363338). The reply was a textbook deflection — *"we only execute orders from the terminal"* — without addressing why their live server's execution failed where their own demo server's didn't on identical inputs.
I am not the first. There are active threads on Forex Peace Army titled **"RoboForex Manipulates Spreads – Huge Losses & No Refunds"** and **"Roboforex.com wrongfully refuses to refund the deposit."** Multiple 2025 Globegain reviews describe the same pattern — spread widening at critical moments, stopped out without explanation, trades that wouldn't close, accounts drained. RoboForex is on regulatory **warning lists in Ukraine (NSSMC) and Malaysia (SC)** and has had complaints filed with **FSC Belize, ACPR (France), and AMF (France)**. The aggregate Trustpilot rating is **2.6 / 5** for a reason.
Their own Client Agreement (Belize) caps the dispute window at **1 working day** (clause 14.6.2) — designed to bar legitimate claims. Belize courts have exclusive jurisdiction (15.3.1) — outside meaningful UK/EU consumer protection.
**Before depositing — read this twice:**
1. Pro Cent demo execution does **not** reflect Pro Cent live execution. Backtest results on their demo are worthless for predicting live outcomes.
2. They operate as a **market maker** — they are the counterparty to your trades and profit when you lose. The conflict of interest is structural.
3. Their compliance process is designed to time-bar you, not to investigate.
4. If you do lose money, your only realistic recovery is via card chargeback (Visa/Mastercard) and Section 75 of the UK Consumer Credit Act 1974 — keep every log, every screenshot, every email from day one.

This is a complete stall tactic. My account 27394144 (RoboForex-Pro server) has been fully verified, and my money has been held hostage for OVER A MONTH now. Standard compliance checks do not take over 30 days unless a broker is intentionally withholding client capital.
Stop hiding behind automated copy-paste scripts. Give me a concrete reason or process my payout immediately. If my funds are not released within 48 hours, I am escalating this case directly to The Financial Commission with all communication logs as evidence.
