This company is the absolute worst! I mistakenly had multiple “figures” made by this company only to discover that it was all a scam - never received anything, not even the files they keep promising. DO NOT buy anything from them!

this is a total scam, no product received, limited communications, filed claim with credit card and he talked me into withdrawing it, then ripped me off all over again. DEUCHEBAG

A total fraud. I purchased 2 figurines and got nothing. Save your money.

Don’t waste your time and money. My opinion - scam company and false advertising. Expected an actual, printed and detailed figurine and ended up with a file of the model; being told to print it out through a local company. Contacted my credit card company to claim fraud. Come to find out the file is of poor quality and AI generated.

They sold me something I didn't want: a photo to take to a place to get it printed. That's not what I paid for. Now I want my money back, and they're giving me a lot of trouble. Beware of this company.

I wish I was able to rate this company with zero stars but the lowest I could do is one star. This company says that you choose the size of your figurine and how many people and we will print this out and ship it out within a few days. They claimed that they can from ordering to when you get it would be like about seven days. Well, I didn’t get a response back of the photo that I sent until 5 or 6 days. Then they sent me a computer generated print out of what the figurine would look like in color and for me to approve it. It looked really good and I said yes I approve it. When can I expect to finish product? I didn’t get a response then I got an email today saying that here’s the computer generated file that I will have to take it myself to a print shop for them to print it out. I looked at the file and it didn’t even match up to the photo of the computer generated that they sent for me to approve. The picture that they sent me to approve shows my girlfriend kissing her grandmother on the cheek and it was a nice detail. The file that they sent me, she’s not even kissing her grandmother on the cheek and it’s not even really matching up 100% to what they sent me that I approved. I responded back to them that this is misleading that you said that you would print out the product and ship it out to me and that’s not the case. They are not gonna refund me my money, so I said that I need them to at least send me the corrected file. Do not do business with this company. They will take your money and will not provide you the finish product. If you’re looking for a 3-D file, most likely it will not match up to what they sent you to approve. Again, do not do business with this company if you’re looking for a finish product.

Ordered a figurine on their website. Their website advertises that the total time involved includes 3D modeling *and* production before shipping. They claim it will only take a few days to make it and ship it out but I waited almost 20 days before I was told that it was done and instead of getting the figurine I paid for I was given a file to take to a 3D printer. Why pay for a file when a figurine is advertised?
