Bunch of cowboys AHMAD & SINGH, Amrinder Jit known as (Deep) both unprofessional,
and not sure how they still in the trade.
The worst ever experience in over 45 years.
Fitted my windows and back door end of MAY,(So less than 6 months) and straight as soon as the weather got a bit cold and we switched the heater on, all windows and the door started steaming from inside, where unfortunately at the time I did not notice, but none of the windows or the door had any trickle vents fitted to it, where since the 15th June 2022 it’s a legal requirement, but the funny part is, they still certified it by FENSA, where after this review I will be contacting FENSA and the trading standard myself to file a complaint.
They tried to avoid me for weeks NOT to give an invoice for the payment, but I sat in the office not moving until they did.
Again when it came to the FENSA certificate, the same happened where I’ve chased them for weeks for it, until I got it.
For the past month I’ve been calling, emailing, and visiting just to get them to check and correct the fault I have on my windows with no luck.
The way these firms work, is SAB SERVICES UK LTD trading as SMART GLAZE (Amrinder Singh) does the manufacturing, and they pass it on to ABD Aluminium Architectural System (AHMAD) to do the fitting, and if any issues, they both try to get out of it by pushing it onto each other, so as a customer you’ll end up lost with no one replying to your calls, or emails, and if they do, all what you get is a bunch of lies.
So you know how unprofessional they are, they’ve sent another cowboy to fit ONE vent on each window including a 1750mm window, which obviously it isn’t enough, and needs 3 vents instead, and up till now, all windows and the door still steaming, as there isn’t enough ventilation, and on the top of that, the cowboy fitter broke my blind as he was in a hurry to finish the job quickly, and they’re refusing to replace it.
After my experience I genuinely advice NOT to use any of the firms listed based on the premises of 17 Metro Centre Springfield Road Hayes UB4 0LE.
