MyAnker is not Anker, it is a 3rd party distributor called Directed Electronics. Products (made by Anker) are great, but post sale by Customer Service by Directed Electronics is non-existent. Anker themselves do not seen to support product bought through Directed Electronics - Hence you should buy direct if you can.
This machine costed $1499.95.
When it first arrived, it was DOA.
The service support had to be done through their support website and it was slow and the team member keeps changing and trying to close the ticket before it was fully resolved.
I had to wait for a new unit after I sent back the DOA unit. They were not proactive on updating me on the situation. No one told me that they had to wait for new stock before they can send me a new unit. I had to keep calling them to get an update.
Finally I received a new unit after about a Month.
After few months of using the new unit, the steam function is acting up.
I have created a new ticket just now and I will update the entire process here. I will leave my review on all the major outlets website.
