And short grounding practices for the hardest moments. Auré is anonymous and private by default. No real name is required, conversations are encrypted, and your data is never sold. Your pain is not a product. Auré is for adults 18 and over. It is peer support, not therapy, medical care, or a crisis service, and we are upfront about that.
