First I would like to emphasize that I have never bought anything from you and I have been cheated.
I came to the contact, after an alleged survey for the TK, in which I had participated and for this I was supposed to receive an Este help bag. For the shipment of this bag I should pay 2€, which I then transferred via my Visa Card. That was probably a mistake, because from then on it was debited from my account until I submitted the notice of termination. I have not received the first aid bag to this day...
What I like: However, I am very grateful for the help of the escalation manager nicholas in clarifying my inconveniences. In a very nice tone he was able to contribute to the clarification. Thank you for that.

We had a problem because of two accounts with different emal-addresses due to my fault. I paid twice and wanted to have back the money for one account. As a gesture of good will they granted a refund. I appreciate that.
