Second experience with My Baggage

This is my second experience shipping baggage to US from overseas using My Baggage and I would recommend the service. Communication was good and bag arrived safely and within the stated delivery time frame.

I have had a positive experience so far. The only downside I picked up is that the drivers do not call when they are either about to pick up or deliver your bags.

Post Service care was good

I initially gave a 1-star review as they did not pick up on the day selected. Boxes arrived broken and damaged. But My Baggage followed up and offered to to act on the feedback, so am updating the rating accordingly. Customer Service was really good.

Hi Dixita, thank you for your review and for using My Baggage. We can see you booked for a shipment of 6 boxes to be shipped from Northern Ireland to England on the 8th of June.

The courier confirmed that on the 8th of June at 10:12AM the collection was attempted and they were advised by the reception that there was nothing to collect. This was rebooked for the next day and was collected without issue. All items were delivered on the 11th of June which was within the original estimate had the item been collected on the original date.

Your review is the first you have made us aware of any damage, our team will be in touch with you regarding this. Please take any photo of both the damage and the packaging used to allow us to investigate this for you. It is very rare for any items to be damaged especially if they are well packaged and protected for transit inside a courier network. My Baggage does have compensation available as per our Terms and Conditions and we're happy to look into this for you.

Easy to arrange

Easy to arrange. Pick up and delivery efficient. So glad to have found out about your service as would find travelling with a heavy suitcase almost impossible.

Good service with a few hiccups…

They picked up the boxes in Virginia on the day promised. The boxes cleared customs with no problems This may sound petty but they delivered the boxes a day early at the last possible promised time. So I had to change my plans that day to wait for the delivery. The other issue I had was they roped me in with an introductory price that soon went up by 30%.
