Need better shipper
Products and price are fine, but slow shipping - they need to consider other company as provider. Shipped to business address - we generally experience problematic shipping with FedEx. We find UPS much more reliable.

I have reviewed your order and it looks like you ordered after hours on Thursday evening of Aug. 25th. We shipped your package FedEx ground the following morning Aug. 26th. Keep in mind you then have a weekend, and your package is going from Georgia to California. The standard is 4-5 business days. Per the tracking information your package was out for delivery on Thursday, but there was a delivery exception because someone requested a future delivery date from your address.
We ship very fast as you can see. Unfortunately, we do not have control over how long it takes to get to you, nor exceptions like in this case. In the future it would be much faster to call us so that we can investigate why there is a problem or what the problem is, or you can always look at your tracking information to see that everything is on time as in your case.
We appreciate your business, and hope this clarifies the situation. If you should need anything further please feel free to contact our office.

Great service, great product
Order arrived fast and the product (almond chip biscotti) has been a godsend for me. It tastes great and helps me mentally enjoy having something on the sweet side without wrecking my diet/carb intake. Will definitely buy again.
