What you end up with is a finished kitchen that’s a true reflection of your personality and taste. Using the latest CAD 3D Design Software, we work with you to create your Beautiful Kitchen. First we’ll measure your kitchen, noting wall sizes, ceiling heights and services. Then we’ll have a chat and get all your ideas for your new kitchen. And we’ll give you our ideas, too. This can be done in our showroom, or if you prefer, the comfort of your own home. After that, it’s time to start planning your Beautiful Kitchen. We’ll create a 3D design of our plans. We regret choosing this company and would not use them again or recommend them to anyone. The installer they recommended, Shaun, provided an extremely poor service. He was by far the messiest tradesperson we have ever come across. He made no effort to protect our carpet—no dust sheets or covers were put down—resulting in us having to replace it. Throughout the job, we had to monitor him closely as he tried to cut corners at every opportunity, he did not want to remove the old tiles and replace the plasterboards as per our agreement. He showed no respect for our property or for the products he was installing, and he was rude and aggressive towards my wife when she simply asked him to complete the work to the standard we were paying for.
The installation itself was substandard. The bathtub was not fitted correctly, the sealing work was very poorly done, and the shower door was installed so badly that it constantly sticks.
We raised our concerns with the company, and their manager visited our home. He acknowledged all of the issues we highlighted and assured us that a different installer would return to fix the problems, as we were not comfortable allowing Shaun back due to his lack of professionalism.
However, we later received a message from the manager stating that Shaun had to be the one to return due to warranty terms, and we were advised to review the contract. The same contract also states: “We work in partnership with some of the very best installation companies in the UK. All our installation partners are vetted, thoroughly reviewed, and highly experienced.” Unfortunately, our experience with Shaun was the complete opposite. We have had numerous major works done on our home—new kitchen, new roof, two boilers installed, full house plastering, and more—and have never encountered workmanship this poor.
During the installation, I called the company to raise concerns and was told by Abby, the operations manager, that Shaun was doing them a favour by taking on two projects that week, but that our bathroom would still be completed to the expected standard. That was not the case. Since then, the company has distanced itself from responsibility and is directing us back to Shaun, which we are not willing to accept after the quality of his initial work.
Based on our experience, we strongly advise choosing a different company. There are far better and more reliable options out there.

We are sorry you feel this way, however, we would like to clarify that your description of events is inaccurate on several points.
We do need to correct some factual points and explain what we have already done to try to resolve this.
Your bathroom was completed and you paid the installer in full which is generally an acceptance of being happy with the completed works.
You then contacted us to say you were not happy with several aspects of the job and so we arranged for our Projects Manager to visit you at your home.
Our Project Manager attended your home, inspected the works and recorded a short list of snagging items which we agreed should be put right.
Protective flooring was laid for the works. The statement that “no covers were put down” is incorrect.
The bath unit itself is fitted correctly; the bath panel requires a minor adjustment, which we have logged as part of the snagging works.
The seal on the shower screen was found to be torn and a replacement was agreed without question.
We advised that the original installer has to be given the opportunity to remedy the issues that you weren't happy with and we even offered to have our Project Manager come out at the same time and stay in your home until the works had been completed! You messaged us to say that you were refusing to give the installer this opportunity and that you would be reviewing us on this basis which is unfair.
Since our Project Manager’s visit we have made numerous attempts to contact you to arrange the agreed remedial visit, but your installer has not been given reasonable opportunity to return and complete the work. Trading Standards guidance is clear that tradespeople must be given the chance to attend and put right work they have carried out — we are simply seeking that opportunity so we can resolve this.
The outstanding snagging work will take approximately 4 hours to rectify. Despite what you have written about our company, the offer remains to attend at a mutually convenient time, accompanied by our manager and the installer, to complete the work and sign everything off with you.
We genuinely want to put this right, however, your lack of co operation to allow us to work with you, has prevented us doing so.

First Class Service
We were apprehensive when choosing a company for our new kitchen as we had such poor service & quality of work when we had our new bathroom installed a few years ago by another company. From the initial contact to job complete, My Beautiful K&B were first class. Davie who designed our kitchen listened to what we wanted & didn’t want, altered things at the last minute when we changed our minds, his recommendations were spot on! Stevie & his team who installed the kitchen knew their stuff! Arrived every day around 8am, in & started, no messing about! Quality of work & attention to detail, first class. Even the guys who arrived on a cold, windy Friday night to take away the old kitchen were brilliant! Honestly, we can’t speak highly enough about this company and we absolutely love our kitchen! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again. 10/10 & 💯 happy customers.

Our dream bathroom
We just got our bathroom done a week ago and we are absolutely delighted with our new dream bathroom.
Highly recommend this company. Service was amazing from start to finish. From design to fitting. Honestly don’t think we could have figured out design without the help of Emily whom overwhelmed us with choices that best fitted our budget.
We were impressed with our fitter Steven who managed to complete our bathroom in 4 days all by himself.
He went above and beyond
Fixing problems that occurred along the way with no hesitation.

Delighted with our new luxury shower…
Delighted with our new luxury shower room. Appointments were coordinated at Ayr showroom. Fitting dates planned and kept to. Everything kept to schedule. We had a minor issue with the wrong size show tray arriving. My beautiful team and the fitting team both dealt with really promptly and sorted so there were no delays . David and the fitting team communicated with us for everything but also worked quickly and efficiently. I was delighted with the detail of work from tiler, plasterer, joiner, electrics and plumbing. The products and finished bathroom is beautiful. Life made easier going direct to one place to organise and oversee it all to completion in a short timescale.

Both our kitchen and utility room were designed and fitted by MBK. It was a pleasure working with them, from the beginning we were supported by Benn.
The design team is a team and were very patient and helpful on both occasions, making suggestions and altering designs until we were completely satisfied.
The fitters, lead by Stuart are excellent and always check in to make sure everything is exactly as wanted.
After sales care is also very good. MBK is a business who really does care about their customers and the product is also excellent. We have had many compliments on the finished rooms. Would highly recommend them.

Fantastic from beginning to end!
Have just had an old bathroom ripped out, including thick tiles on walls and floor, and a new one installed. Having had some truly awfu experiences with refurbishment contractors in previous homes, I was dreading the upheaval. However, MBK&B have been amazing. From planning to installation, they did what they promised. The design team were engaged and knowledgeable, suggesting tweaks and sharing tips. The installation guys, Gary, Barry, Giani (and others) were hard working, fast and really lovely to engage with. They discussed everything with us, arrived on time and finished the whole job in a week with the minimum of disruption. I have no hesitation in recommending MBK&B to everyone.

Amazing company !
We have put off getting a new bathroom for so many years due to a negative experience getting an en suite fitted. After speaking to Lisa, she talked me into visiting the showroom. From the initial meet up to get booked in for a design with Jack and the actual design process with Linda, I felt like I was in safe hands. Linda was very patient with us and helped design the perfect bathroom. When the tiles we picked were found to be discontinued she came up with an alternative, which we loved, however as it was new there was no way for us to see what it looked like on so we where a bit worried as we where going on holiday during the fitting. The fitters, Gary & Davie put us completely at ease and kept in contact with us, sending pics etc of the progress. We arrived home from holiday to an absolutely beautiful bathroom with no issues and the tiles are absolutely stunning. Through the process Gary gave advice on some choices we made and advised to change it giving his reasons why, we are so happy we listened as the final product I would not change. Thank you so much to everybody involved and we will prob be back in a few years to get the en-suite re-done.

Great experience
Based on past experience, I was apprehensive about getting a new bathroom and had put it off for some time. I needn't have worried. From the design with Abbi (Edinburgh) to the work being completed (Marcin & Marius), everything was easy, ran to schedule and the finished bathroom looks amazing.

From initial assessment of the complicated project we required from Ben to completion by David we were delighted with the experience. Everything ran on time, we were kept up to date with delivery of materials, the plumber came to assess the work before he started, kept us informed at every stage. Tiler and plasterer came on time and were excellent tradesmen. Our shower room turned out far better than we anticipated. We used this family business just before lockdown for a bathroom refurbishment and were so happy to be returning customers. Next year we’re planning a new kitchen and My Beautiful will be our go to company yet again.

From the very start
From the very start, the choice and layout of the showroom makes this easy to choose the look of your toilet, expert help on fine tuning the details was spot on, but the best was yet to come. Euan and his team are tradesmen at the top of their game, no waiting around everyone was was organised that as soon as one phase was completed the next was ready to go. They were professional, spotlessly clean and transformed 4 bare walls in 4 and a half days. I would definitely recommend them.
