Can you reply my emails about my order which I made on 31 May 2022? It’s more than 3 months since I paid for it but I haven’t received my delivery.

I have had no supplement for more than 6 months.I don’t want to leave a big gap.

Where is it?

it’s good collagen ever. it tastes good. I see my skin is brighter. But the delivery is quite slow that point I dont like. I will purchase again.

Good choice of beauty products which are of high quality. Customer service is efficient and friendly.

How long does it take to deliver after order confirm as this is my first time to order from you? Please let me know status of my order no. 10881. Thanks,

Skinshot works fabulous to my skin. I have seen results within 2 weeks of using it! Melasma drastically improved, my skin brighten and look more luminous and youthful. Well worth it! The size of the bottle makes it easy to travel with. I will definitely be ordering more. Has all the ingredients for great skin.

I was recommended that the products are good and I started using them. However, the service is depressing.

My first order was in June and it took me a couple of weeks to get the products delivered after having to email them a few times.

This time, I made an order on 9 August 2021 and it’s 3 weeks now and I still haven’t heard any news or any update on my delivery.

However, after a few emails, I can see their coordination in sorting the problem out.

I’m happy to shop here again. And hopefully the service will be improved to meet customers’ expectations.

I tried Beauty Skin Shot a few months ago, and I noticed improvements in my skin elasticity and brightness within a few weeks.
I am going to continue to use it for a few more months more to get even better results. It is super easy to drink and tasty! I like to drink it during morning at work or at anytime during the day.

I really like this product. I’ve been taking it for a while and works very well for my skin brightness . I have tried other collagen drinks but they taste very artificial, like a medicine. This one has a fresh ginger taste which I love it!

I had ordered 5 boxes for my mom since October, however, the expiration date of the product is only 3 months left meanwhile my mom's friend had ordered just a few days before and she got the new one with the new date (until the end of 2021). I had emailed the customer service for this but there is no response. We love the product, however, because of the service, we may not use it again

When would I received my refund?? It's so so so so long to wait, take too much time

I placed an order about 2 weeks ago but no product has been delivered. I tried to contact by email but no-one replied. Don't know if I receive my order or not. Waiting in vain???

Great service and great products. I ordered on the website and got it delivered next day. The drink tastes great. I love putting them on the fridge overnight before taking it the morning. Just after 10 days I could notice a clear improvements in my skin texture, firmness and radiance. Very promising results and I hope after 30 days I will see more differences. I will continue using Skin shot. Love it and have already recommended to my friends and family.
