I have been going to the Beauty room for some time and the staff are very nice and helpful. When I go it's like having a 5☆ service and I am always happy with the job that i have been in for.

Alison is my skin care Guru! Even though she has moved away she continues to be in charge of my skin care routine! The regular supplies arrive promptly (just as well as I sometimes forget to order things until I have run out!) and the Zoom tutorials are not just informative but also great fun :-)

I will have to book another tutorial soon as one of the products that I have used for years has been discontinued...so I am very much looking forward to learning what product/s have replaced it and exploring new possibilities (and keep looking 10yrs younger than I am!!)

Alison is a very professional and experienced therapist in my opinion. I trusted her completely from the first time we met in her clinic several years ago in Oxford, where she assessed my skin and then advised me accordingly how to manage, nourish and treat it each day. Alison has continued to help and support me even though she has relocated to Cornwall. I much prefer to make my Dermatologica purchases via Alison because she knows and understands my skin and has proved she keeps right up to date with clinical professional developments in her field, via the Dermatologica training days. My orders are turned around in a very short time in the post and always arrive with a little advisory note included - a very personal touch. Alison also keeps in touch via email - taking the time to do that is impressive. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you !

I cannot rate Alison and her extensive knowledge. Nothing is ever too much trouble and Alison’s first class knowledge of how to keep your skin looking healthy, bright and hydrated is always amazing. Genuine products delivered to your door in a lovely blue boxes. You can even collect loyalty points too Everyone needs one of Alison’s little blue boxes.

Alison is a very knowledgeable beautician who really cares about her customers. She’s the only person I’d trust to look after my skin and has done for over 20 years!

With her expert knowledge of the products she can guide you to what is best for your skin and how to use them properly. You can even build up loyalty points and they all arrive carefully packaged in a magical turquoise box. What not to love!

A lovely environment with views of fields and cattle. The treatment rooms are sparkling clean, everyone is friendly and professional. They are up to date with the latest techniques and products, always performed using the proper PPE. I always leave feeling relaxed and happy!
