Dreadful Customer Service and Refund…

Dreadful Customer Service and Refund Process**

My experience with Best Prize has been utterly disappointing and frustrating. I placed an order (Order: 2234) in March and had to cancel it. I was promised a refund within 5 to 9 working days, yet it has been months, and I'm still waiting for my refund of over 600 euros.

Despite numerous attempts to contact their customer service, I've been met with nothing but empty assurances and excuses. Their responses have been vague and unhelpful, with no concrete updates or timeline provided for my refund.

It's deeply concerning that Best Prize shows no regard for fulfilling their obligations to their customers. Even after expressing my intent to pursue legal action due to their negligence in returning my hard-earned money, they continue to ignore my requests for resolution.

I want to make it clear to others reading this review that I am actively looking into legal action to recover the funds owed to me. It's evident that Best Prize prioritizes profits over customer satisfaction and integrity. I strongly advise against engaging with this company unless you're willing to risk losing your money and enduring endless frustration.

Save yourself the trouble and seek a reputable company that values its customers and upholds its promises.

Horrible customer service and lies

I’ve ordered a sewing machine on the 28th of November and they told me it will take up to 21days to ship it from the date they received my order and payment. First news about it I got in the begging of January that they have started its shipping but in some days apparently without any notification the post company send it back because of some problem. I’ve started talking with customer service but this lady was sanding 1-2min+ voice massages that they have some problems and I can ask for a refund of my money what I did. It’s currently 16th of May and and what I got is their excuses because of any different kind of problems and a promise on the 24th of April that they need 2 weeks to fix their problems and after they will refund me money. Again, it’s 16th of May and I got nothing and they don’t respond in WhatsApp anymore.

Terrible service

My order 1880 was ordered from this website 2 weeks ago and I haven’t received nothing yet not even a tracking number i even sent them an email and no response. Terrible customer service and a disgrace of a service altogether.

Update: They said that they sent an email that they don’t ship to Malta but thats not true i have no emails from them the only emails that have is that the order was confirmed… also if you don’t ship to Malta why there was a choice of the country doesn't make any sense. I want a full refund as soon as possible as this is not acceptable at all.

We subsequently sent you an email informing you that we do not ship to Malta, we are sorry you did not receive it, however we have already proceeded with the refund.
