Ordered shoes, never came. Website is not legit anymore. Wrote their customer service, got my emailed bounced back. They are a Scam

Ordered shoes from Sneaker Store website. Order confirmation came from mybestshoe.shop. Payment routed to an individual paypal account. A web search of mybestshoe.shop brings up multiple reports of the same thing and no products were ever shipped. Contacted PayPal - useless.

ordered no product received was charged to a church in Australia notified my cc they are now charging them with fraud how they are going to proceed I have no Idea my account was credited

Have not received the shoes I ordered.

Don't buy anything! Ordered the Hoka's. Charged my account and then nothing. Top Job Doughnuts are the folks who are scamming the money. DON'T BUY ANYTHING!!!

As others have posted, I ordered some Hokas, PayPal; payment went to Leonard, never shipped as stated on website, numerous emails to seller never received a response. Claimed a refund from PayPal and they quickly reimbursed me.

Scam. AKA "Sneaker Store." If I had known in advance the name of the store, I could have researched, but it is online as SneakerStore. (PayPal went to Jessicajone.) Scammers do that - multiple names. I've contacted my credit card company to file a dispute/refund. The shoes never arrived and their tracking system continually shows "processing." I've sent a dozen inquiries to them and no response.

Clearly a scam. I do not see a single review with more than one star yet Trustpilot gives them a 2.5 star rating? I guess Trustpilot is in on the scam. Very disappointing that I cannot rely on them for accurate ratings.

The site is a Scam. I used PayPal to pay, and the money went to an individual, not a company. Thankfully, PayPal gave me an immediate refund.

I ordered in January and was very patiently waiting for the shipping update that never came. My first inkling was that the receipt for my PayPal transaction came from a vacuum cleaner dealer. After about a month, I reached out by email and got no response. I reached out several more times with no response. It is now June and I’ve given up on ever receiving the shoes I paid $90 for.

This website mybestshoe.shop is a scam. They will charge your credit card and say there is a problem.

BUYER BEWARE. I should have known when the price was so much less than other sellers! This site is a SCAM as the other review says also. I put in a claim to PayPal so it looks like I will be getting my money back but this is a ripoff outfit. Do not deal with these people. They should be prosecuted.

I ordered and paid for a pair of size 9 HOKA Sr. Tennis shoes. I got a verification of purchase. The shoes never showed up. There is no customer service and no way to track the product.

I figure I just lost $90.00. Order #78335
