We paid the VAT to Mybettershelf and…

We paid the VAT to Mybettershelf and then got also a FedEx invoice for the VAT. Mybettershelf did not solve the issue also after months.

Your order was placed on Etsy, which automatically collects and remits VAT to Swiss authorities on your behalf. The FedEx invoice was issued in error and you are not liable for it.

We have been in active contact with FedEx to resolve this, and according to their team the case is being processed. We understand this has taken longer than it should.
