Great first experience

John was very patient, not pushy at all but helped us find exactly what we wanted. We had been to 5 different stores that day. Knowledgeable about options, items specifics, and products. I would definitely recommend working with John.

The sales people and management lie to…

The sales people and management lie to make a sale I purchased a sectional and it was missing one piece. They promised me it was coming in three days. I specifically asked the managers if I would 100% have it because otherwise I couldn’t buy the couch I needed a full couch as soon as possible in my home for something I was hosting just as I had predicted the piece never came. We’re going on two months or maybe even three months I’ve lost track of time and I’m missing a part of my couch and today they came with the wrong piece and no one has bothered to call me or anything and they took all my money. I wouldn’t use them for shit now and I will be getting a lawyer involved if they don’t take this couch back because obviously they can’t give me the piece that I need.

Horrible company

Horrible company, total rip off. They steal your money and don’t care about customers. They sold me a piece of furniture with a warranty they said would cover it. Now that it’s broken (shocker), they’re saying it’s not covered and there’s nothing I can do about it now. Avoid this company at all costs!

Shopping for living furniture

I had a great time shopping looking for living room furniture.The sales specialist Stephy was very helpful with our selection. She listened to our concerns when picking out the right furniture for us. She gave us the breakdown of our selection, price and showed us multiple configurations of the setup .She told us about Bobs financing which took minutes and we were approved. Checkout was quick. I would recommend this store to family and friends.

Delivery at own risk to property damages

The ordering online was easy. The quality of sectional was very nice for the cost. The guy to schedule delivery was super nice. Those are the pros.

The cons, the delivery guys barely spoke english but where polite & assembled everything as expected...however the damaged the corner of our 1800s barn with their truck & just drove off. I contacted Bob & filed a claim for property damages. Few weeks later,barn still not repaired & they just offered $200 to settle even though it's likely thousands of dollars in damages. So yeah, not happy with this experience & hard to recommend them to friends & family. Im in the process of getting an estimate for repairs from a builder so I can submit to the claims. They said they might need to do a comparative estimate. I just wrote back that they'd need to then find an A rated better business bureau rated builder to do the work for the comparative quote then. Which is fine, they just seem unprofessional & why am I having to get the estimate done on my own in the first place. Just a weird process with the claim so far. Use this company at your own risk. Maybe pickup furniture on your own with a truck. The white glove service I paid hundreds of dollars for the delivery...is in fact a joke.

Eden was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was patient while I was trying to decide on which furniture to buy. I will definitely ask for her when I go back to look for other things. I’m excited about the things I did purchase.
